T集团电器公司员工培训方案设计

【摘要】:随着我国市场经济的发展,企业转型升级,,互相竞争愈发激烈,人力资源已经成为企业生产要素中最活跃、最重要的因素。谁拥有一流的人才,谁就能发展的更快,谁就能在市场上获得竞争优势。培训作为人力资源管理中最不可或缺的角色,它可以提高员工素质,使员工迅速适应新的竞争环境,使企业迅速适应市场形势。所以企业必须对培训占据的地位及它同企业目标的关联性充分认同和重视。 笔者采取实证调查的研究方法,针对T集团电器公司员工培训现状中存在的问题入手,运用人力资源理论联系实际,为该企业建立了一套完善的培训体系。从培训需求分析、确定培训目标、制定培训计划、实施培训方案、培训结果评估到进行培训保障方面多管齐下。从公司管理层到销售层分别做了不同层次的培训规划。强化了组织上,制度上、资源上保障措施。并为企业量身定做了一套从“上——下”,从“下——上”,从“外——内”的培训管理机制。在培训方式上提出了O2O模式培训,以移动通讯与体验培训相结合的方式让员工进行碎片化学习,使培训方案更有的放矢,充分发挥了T集团“以人为本、人才第一”的人力资源发展战略。 本文的员工培训体系设计,符合实际,切实可行,具有较强的可操作性,能够引导企业员工培训工作。有助于企业高质量的实施员工培训,为全面提升企业的人力资源素质及企业竞争力提供可靠保障,从而最终实现“员工靠企业成长,企业靠员工发展”。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Human resources have become the most active and important factor in the production factors of enterprises. Who has the first-rate talent, who can develop faster, who can gain a competitive advantage in the market. As the most indispensable role in human resource management, training can improve the quality of employees, make employees adapt to the new competition environment quickly, and make enterprises adapt to the market situation quickly. Therefore, enterprises must fully identify with and attach importance to the status of training and its relevance to enterprise objectives. The author adopts the research method of empirical investigation, aiming at the problems existing in the training of employees in T Group Electric Company, applies the theory of human resources to the practice, and establishes a set of perfect training system for the enterprise. From training needs analysis, setting training objectives, developing training plans, implementing training programs, training results evaluation to the implementation of training support multi-pronged. From the company management to the sales level to do different levels of training planning. Strengthened the organization, the system, the resources safeguard measure. A set of training management mechanism from top to bottom, from bottom to top and from outside to inside is made for enterprises. In terms of training mode, the training mode of O2O is put forward, which combines mobile communication with experiential training to enable employees to learn piecemeal, so that the training program is more targeted, giving full play to the "people-oriented" of T Group. The human resource development strategy of talent first. The design of employee training system in this paper is practical, practical and feasible, and can guide the training of enterprise staff. It is helpful for enterprises to carry out high quality staff training, and to provide reliable guarantee for improving the quality of human resources and competitiveness of enterprises in an all-round way, so as to realize the ultimate realization of "employees rely on the growth of enterprises and enterprises rely on staff development".
