我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力研究

【摘要】：海洋工程装备制造业是国家“十二五”规划中的战略性新兴产业,是国民经济的重要组成部分,是各国开发海洋资源纷纷欲占领的制高点。海洋工程装备制造业具有知识技术密集型、产业附加值高、成长潜力大、综合效益好的特点,深入分析海洋工程装备制造业的国际竞争力状况,分析发现我国海洋工程装备制造业在发展过程中存在的问题,找出制约我国海洋工程装备制造业发展的主要因素,能够促进我国海洋工程装备制造业更好更快的发展。论文以我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力为研究对象,首先对国内外产业国际竞争力以及装备制造业理论进行梳理,收集我国海洋工程装备制造业及相关领域的资料和信息,以及世界各国海洋工程装备制造业的发展现状,回顾我国海洋工程装备制造业的发展历程,重点分析我国海洋工程装备制造业的产业规模和市场份额。然后,在产业国际竞争力和海洋工程装备制造业相关理论分析的基础之上,结合我国海洋工程装备制造业的现实状况提出构建我国海洋工程装备制造业评价指标体系的指导思想和构建原则,建立我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力评价指标体系,选取3个一级指标,6个二级指标和15个三级指标,分别从海洋工程装备制造业增加值、增加值率、劳动生产率、技术人员比率、净出口显示性比较优势、贸易竞争优势指数等方面对我国海洋工程装备制造业进行单项指标评价,在单项指标评价基础之上采用变异系数法和层次分析法对我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力进行综合评价。通过评价,揭示我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力的现状,并在综合评价的基础上运用灰色预测法对我国海洋工程装备制造业进行综合预测,得出未来发展将会遇到瓶颈期的结论。最后,根据我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力的单项指标评价和综合评价,找出制约我国海洋工程装备制造业发展的因素,针对这些制约因素提出提升我国海洋工程装备制造业的合理建议,为提升我国海洋工程装备制造业国际竞争力提供重要参考依据。
[Abstract]:Marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic emerging industry in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", an important part of the national economy, and a commanding point that many countries want to occupy in the development of marine resources. The marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry has the characteristics of intensive knowledge and technology, high industry added value, great growth potential and good comprehensive benefit. The international competitive status of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed in depth. The problems existing in the development of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry are found, and the main factors restricting the development of our country's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry are found out, which can promote the better and faster development of our country's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. In this paper, the international competitiveness of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is taken as the research object. Firstly, the international competitiveness of domestic and foreign industries and the theory of equipment manufacturing industry are combed, and the data and information of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry and related fields are collected. This paper reviews the development process of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China, and analyzes the industrial scale and market share of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China. Then, on the basis of the relevant theoretical analysis of industrial international competitiveness and marine engineering equipment manufacturing, According to the actual situation of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology and construction principle of constructing the evaluation index system of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China, and establishes the evaluation index system of international competitiveness of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China. In this paper, 3 first class indexes, 6 second class indexes and 15 third grade indexes are selected, respectively, from the comparative advantages of added value, added value rate, labor productivity, technical personnel ratio and net export of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. The index of trade competitive advantage is used to evaluate the single index of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. On the basis of single index evaluation, the method of coefficient of variation and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the international competitiveness of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. Through the evaluation, the present situation of the international competitiveness of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is revealed, and on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, the grey forecasting method is used to comprehensively predict the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in China. Draw the conclusion that the future development will meet the bottleneck period. Finally, according to the single index evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the international competitiveness of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry, the factors restricting the development of our country's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry are found out. In view of these restrictive factors, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to enhance the international competitiveness of China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry, and provides an important reference basis for enhancing the international competitiveness of our country's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry.
