生产性服务贸易提升中国汽车产业价值链的研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国汽车业快速发展,2012年我国汽车产销分别达到1927万辆和1930万辆,汽车业生产总值达5.29万亿元,占全国GDP的10.4%,汽车业已成为我国国民经济的重要支柱产业。然而,由于我国汽车业起步较晚,在全球汽车业价值链中处于中下游位置,产业国际竞争力较弱,在全球汽车业竞争日益加剧的背景下,我国许多汽车企业面临着被淘汰的压力。为此,提升我国汽车产业在全球价值链中的地位,强化国际竞争优势日趋迫切。生产性服务贸易是全球价值链的重要粘合剂,对制造业全球价值链的嵌入起到关键作用,进入21世纪以来,发达国家凭借生产性服务贸易的优势,强化其汽车业在全球价值链中的地位。围绕我国汽车业国际竞争力与价值链提升也有一定的成果积累,但就生产性服务贸易提升我国汽车业全球价值链地位的研究较少,因此生产性服务贸易对中国汽车产业全球价值链的影响既具理论价值也有现实意义。 本文秉持由现状到理论再实证的研究思路,在分析中国汽车产业生产性服务贸易和价值链嵌入现状的基础上;借鉴前人研究成果,基于我国汽车产业实际优化了生产性服务贸易提升全球价值链的理论模型,并依据模型进行了实证分析,并提出了相应政策建议,全文由7章组成。 通过投入产出法和ESI法,分析得出中国汽车产业生产性服贸易发展迅速但相对水平较低以及中国汽车产业全球价值链位置不断攀升但仍处于价值链中下游的现状。通过生产性服务贸易提升中国汽车产业全球价值链理论模型的优化分析,明确了汽车业全球价值链位置与人力资本、生产性服务贸易正相关,与贸易壁垒负相关的观点。实证分析结果显示,汽车业全球价值链位置与人力资本、生产性服务贸易额、生产性服务贸易质量相关性显著,与FDI、贸易壁垒相关性不显著。最后,提出了大力发展生产性服务业,积累人力资本,通过谈判降低发达国家的贸易壁垒,加强创新研发四大对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's automobile industry has developed rapidly. In 2012, the production and sales of China's automobile industry reached 19.27 million and 19.3 million respectively, and the gross domestic product of the automobile industry reached 5.29 trillion yuan, accounting for 10.4 percent of China's GDP. Automobile industry has become an important pillar industry of our national economy. However, due to the late start of China's automobile industry, which is in the middle and downstream position in the global automotive industry value chain, the international competitiveness of the industry is weak. Many automobile enterprises in China are facing the pressure of being eliminated. Therefore, it is urgent to enhance the position of China's automobile industry in the global value chain and to strengthen the international competitive advantage. Productive services trade is an important adhesive of global value chain, which plays a key role in the embedding of global value chain in manufacturing industry. Since the 21st century, developed countries have relied on the advantages of productive services trade. Strengthen its auto industry's position in global value chains. There is also a certain accumulation of achievements around the international competitiveness and value chain upgrading of China's automobile industry, but there are few studies on how to promote the status of global value chain in China's automobile industry through productive service trade. Therefore, the impact of productive service trade on the global value chain of China's automobile industry is of both theoretical and practical significance. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's automobile industry's productive service trade and the embedding of value chain, this paper holds the research ideas from the current situation to the theoretical and empirical research. Based on the previous research results, this paper optimizes the theoretical model of upgrading the global value chain of productive services trade based on the actual situation of China's automobile industry, and makes an empirical analysis according to the model, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. The full text is composed of seven chapters. Through the input-output method and the ESI method, it is concluded that the Chinese automobile industry's productive service trade develops rapidly but the relative level is low, and that the global value chain position of China's automobile industry is constantly rising but still in the middle and lower reaches of the value chain. Through the optimization and analysis of the theoretical model of improving the global value chain of China's automobile industry through the promotion of productive service trade, the view that the position of global value chain of automobile industry is positively related to human capital, productive service trade and negatively related to trade barriers is clarified. The empirical results show that the global value chain position of automobile industry is significantly correlated with human capital, trade volume of productive services and quality of trade in productive services, but not with FDI, trade barriers. Finally, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to develop producer services, accumulate human capital, reduce trade barriers of developed countries through negotiation, and strengthen innovation and research and development.
