创新资源约束下产业集群内技术创新主体间的竞争关系及演化研究

【摘要】:创新是企业保持市场竞争地位,推动其可持续发展的重要动力。而创新资源则是企业保持创新活力的重要“能量剂”。企业在创新的过程中,为了获取最大化的创新资源,必然同其它主体之间进行资源的竞争。‘在竞争过程中,由于竞争能力的差异,必然导致主体间基于创新资源的竞争产生不同的竞争结果,因此对竞争的态势进行分析,将能够有效预测竞争的可能性,避免不良结果的产生。 本文在第一和第二章首先分析了国内外相关研究及生态学的一些理论。第三章借助生态系统内竞争形成的原因,探讨和分析区域技术创新生态系统内创新主体间竞争的生态学特征,并提出了相应的结果假设。为了能够验证以上假设,在第四章借助生态系统中研究种群间竞争的Lotka-Volterra模型对两企业参与的竞争进行分析,同时尝试构建了多主体参与的竞争模型。通过Matlab软件进行演化,我们发现创新主体间基于创新资源的竞争存在挤出效应、稳定平衡和不稳定平衡三种结果。在竞争模型中,不同系数的取值对竞争的结果和时间将产生不同的影响。在第五章,笔者以创新资源更为稀缺的中部省份河南为例,对其客车产业中的郑州宇通客车股份有限公司和河南少林汽车股份有限公司基于创新资源的竞争结果进行了分析,结果表明河南少林汽车股份公司在创新竞争中处于明显的劣势地位,因此从人才、资金、科技信息和政策四个方面提出了简要的应对措施,以其能够改善其劣势地位。 通过理论和实证研究表明,在技术创新过程中,主体间基于创新资源的竞争对企业的创新能力将产生较为明显的影响,通过采用不同的措施来影响竞争模型的系数,将能够有效改变竞争的结果,使得竞争趋于一种稳定平衡状态。
[Abstract]:Innovation is an important driving force for enterprises to maintain their competitive position in the market and promote their sustainable development. And innovation resource is the important "energy agent" that the enterprise maintains innovation vigor. In the process of innovation, in order to obtain the most innovative resources, enterprises must compete with other main bodies. In the process of competition, because of the difference of competitive ability, it will inevitably lead to different competition result based on innovation resources. Therefore, the analysis of the situation of competition can effectively predict the possibility of competition. Avoid adverse outcomes. In the first and second chapters, this paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign related research and some theories of ecology. The third chapter discusses and analyzes the ecological characteristics of competition among innovation agents in the regional technological innovation ecosystem with the help of the reasons for the formation of competition within the ecosystem, and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis of the results. In order to verify the above hypothesis, in chapter 4, we analyze the competition between the two enterprises by using the Lotka-Volterra model, which is used to study the inter-population competition in the ecosystem. At the same time, we try to construct a multi-agent competition model. Through the evolution of Matlab software, we find that there are three kinds of results: extrusion effect, stable equilibrium and unstable balance among innovation agents in the competition based on innovation resources. In the competition model, the value of different coefficients will have different effects on the result and time of competition. In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the competition results of Zhengzhou Yutong bus Co., Ltd and Henan Shaolin Automobile Co., Ltd. based on innovation resources, taking Henan Province, a central province where innovation resources are more scarce, as an example. The results show that Henan Shaolin Automobile Co., Ltd. is in an obvious inferior position in the innovation competition, so it puts forward some brief countermeasures from the aspects of talent, capital, science and technology information and policy, so as to improve its inferiority position. Through theoretical and empirical research, it is shown that in the process of technological innovation, the competition between agents based on innovation resources will have a more obvious impact on the innovation ability of enterprises, and different measures will be adopted to influence the coefficient of the competition model. It will be able to change the result of competition effectively and make competition tend to a stable equilibrium state.
