S公司职位管理研究

【摘要】:职位管理在人力资源管理界一直享有“人力资源管理基石”的美誉,是其他人力资源管理活动。它为人员招聘选拔、薪酬管理、绩效考核、培训与开发、员工职业生涯发展等提供基础和支持,并润物无声,渗透在人力资源管理的各个角落中。一个公司的管理水平依赖于对人力资源的管理水平,而对人力资源的管理水平,则取决于对职位管理的水平。因此,如何建立一套适合企业自身的职位管理体系成为企业提高经营管理水平,获取核心竞争力的必修的、重要的课题之一。一个企业的职位管理体系关系着企业有效吸引人才、最大化激励员工、针对性培养后备人才梯队等方方面面的人才管理问题,关注企业的可持续发展力,就必须从关注职位管理开始着手。因此,职位管理作为人力资源活动的基础,就应该在企业中根基稳固,功底深厚,为推动企业实现经营目标有所贡献。本论文以集体制企业改制的民营制药企业S公司为研究对象,介绍了S公司的背景资料、发展历程及其在发展过程中遇到的职位管理问题。再用职位分析的基本方法,结合S公司的企业管理文化和人力资源管理特点,分析S公司的职位管理中职级混乱、职等不清晰、晋升通道模糊、岗位增减随意、任职资格缺失等问题产生的原因,并尝试用访谈法、工作日志法、文献法等科学的职位分析方法对S公司的职位重新进行梳理,并结合科学的职位评价方法对职位价值进行评价,从而设计并建立适合S公司的新职位体系,从而调动员工积极性,进一步夯实S公司人力资源管理基础,解决阻碍S公司快速发展中遇到的人力资源管理瓶颈,使S公司的人力资源管理效能得以最大限度发挥。本研究报告共分六章,第一章绪论介绍作者选题的背景和意义。第二章阐述职位管理相关的方法和理论。第三章分享S公司的背景资料。第四章介绍了本文的研究对象S公司职位管理中的问题,及对这些问题的原因分析。第五章重点介绍如何运用科学的职位分析方法和职位评价方法对S公司遇到的职位问题进行改进,重新设计S公司职位管理体系。第六章对研究成果做了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Position management in the field of human resources management has been known as the "cornerstone of human resources management", is other human resources management activities. It provides foundation and support for personnel recruitment and selection, compensation management, performance appraisal, training and development, staff career development, etc. The management level of a company depends on the level of management of human resources, while the level of management of human resources depends on the level of position management. Therefore, how to set up a suitable position management system for enterprises becomes one of the compulsory and important topics for enterprises to improve their management level and obtain core competitiveness. The position management system of an enterprise is related to the talent management problems in many aspects, such as attracting talents, maximizing the motivation of employees, cultivating the echelon of reserve talents, and paying close attention to the sustainable development of enterprises. You must start by focusing on position management. Therefore, as the basis of human resource activities, position management should have a solid foundation in the enterprise, and contribute to the realization of business objectives. This paper takes S Company, a privately-run pharmaceutical company, as the research object, introduces the background information, the development course and the position management problems encountered in the course of the development. With the basic method of position analysis and the characteristics of enterprise management culture and human resource management of S Company, the paper analyzes the disordered rank, unclear grade, vague path of promotion and random increase or decrease of position in S Company. The reasons of the lack of qualifications, and try to use interviews, job log, literature and other scientific position analysis methods to re-comb the position of S company. Combined with the scientific evaluation method of position evaluation, this paper designs and establishes a new position system suitable for S Company, thus arousing the enthusiasm of employees and further strengthening the foundation of human resource management in S Company. In order to solve the bottleneck of human resource management which hinders S company's rapid development, the efficiency of S company's human resource management can be maximized. This research report is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the author's selected topic. The second chapter describes the relevant methods and theories of position management. The third chapter shares the background information of S Company. The fourth chapter introduces the research object of this paper, S company position management problems, as well as the causes of these problems. The fifth chapter mainly introduces how to use scientific position analysis method and position evaluation method to improve the position problems encountered by S Company and redesign the position management system of S Company. Chapter six summarizes and prospects the research results.
