A智能手机的开发项目全生命周期质量控制研究

【摘要】：因智能手机具有优秀的操作系统、可自由安装各类软件、完全大屏的全触屏式操作感这三大特性,从而得到了前所未有的发展机会,目前各大手机制造商都不断增加投入于手机开发。在高速发展的过程中,社会上各种关于手机质量问题的新闻层出不断,客户对手机厂商的投诉也呈上升趋势,因此提出研究项目质量管理运用到智能手机开发的过程,以增加客户对智能手机质量满意度。通过研究A智能手机的开发项目全生命周期的质量控制过程,分析项目开发过程中项目质量管理的效果,控制项目开发过程,从而在各种手机厂商中突出优势,创造更高的价值。本文从国内外智能手机开发质量管理现状综述入手;阐述了质量控制相关理论;提出了A智能手机的开发项目的质量控制现状并分析原因;明确了A智能手机的开发项目全生命周期质量控制内容与方法;最后指出了A智能手机开发项目全生命周期中的质量控制成效和发展预测。
