电梯企业面向定制柔性的生产管理研究

【摘要】：中国电梯行业发展,是一个从无到有,不断成长壮大,逐步完善的过程。从行业开始成立,只有第一批14张许可证,到现在已经繁荣到几百家电梯企业。我国电梯保有量、年产量、年增长量、日均使用量均位列世界第一,成为世界电梯产销第一大国。伴随城镇化进程加快和社会基础建设投入规模不断扩大,中国电梯市场发展迅猛并且还将持续扩大。本论文在电梯制造行业发展的环境和背景下,提出了针对电梯设备制造企业的定制柔性生产管理系统的应用与研究。本文首先对制造企业的柔性生产理论、定制柔性模式、柔性测度理论进行简要阐述,总结了国内外相关课题的研究工作发展情况,分析了柔性生产理论应用于电梯制造企业研究的重要意义。然后结合电梯生产管理过程与柔性生产模式,阐述了定制柔性生产相关理论内容,为后续构建应用模型提供有力理论支撑。从产品结构、生产计划控制、库存管理这三个层面,分别利用类物料清单(GBOM)、约束理论(TOC)、关键路径法(CPM)、ABC分类法构建了柔性生产管理应用模型并进行充分实施分析,详细阐述了柔性生产应用于电梯制造企业的过程。通过对柔性测度理论综述研究,阐述了柔性评价体系的建立原则以及柔度评价方法。根据电梯制造企业运营特点,设计了相关柔性指数,然后基于AHP模糊综合评价理论构建了定制柔性生产系统评价模型。以某电梯设备制造企业为背景,详细阐述了面向定制柔性的生产管理系统应用过程,并对其柔性指数进行评估。最后,总结了本文所作的研究工作。本论文的研究在电梯设备制造企业生产管理系统中具有一定的实践应用意义,对于生产制造企业构筑稳健的生产管理系统,搭建长期战略合作平台以及树立合作共赢企业形象均具参考价值。
[Abstract]:The development of elevator industry in China is a process from scratch, growing and improving. Since the industry was founded, only the first 14 licenses, has now boomed to hundreds of elevator companies. China's elevator ownership, annual output, annual growth, daily use are ranked first in the world, become the world's largest elevator production and sales. With the acceleration of urbanization and the expansion of investment in social infrastructure, the elevator market in China is developing rapidly and will continue to expand. Based on the development environment and background of elevator manufacturing industry, this paper puts forward the application and research of customized flexible production management system for elevator equipment manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the flexible production theory, customized flexible mode and flexibility measurement theory of manufacturing enterprises are briefly described, and the development of related research work at home and abroad is summarized. The significance of the application of flexible production theory in elevator manufacturing enterprises is analyzed. Then combined with the elevator production management process and the flexible production model, the related theory content of customized flexible production is expounded, which provides a powerful theoretical support for the subsequent construction of the application model. From the three levels of product structure, production planning control and inventory management, (TOC), critical path method (CPM),) is applied to BOM (GBOM), constraint theory. The application model of flexible production management is constructed by ABC classification, and the application process of flexible production in elevator manufacturing enterprises is described in detail. Based on the research of flexibility measure theory, the establishment principle and flexibility evaluation method of flexibility evaluation system are expounded. According to the operation characteristics of elevator manufacturing enterprises, the relative flexibility index is designed, and then the evaluation model of customized flexible production system is constructed based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. Based on an elevator equipment manufacturing enterprise, the application process of a customized flexible production management system is described in detail, and its flexibility index is evaluated. Finally, the research work done in this paper is summarized. The research of this paper has certain practical application significance in the elevator equipment manufacturing enterprise production management system, for the production and manufacturing enterprise to construct the steady production management system, The establishment of long-term strategic cooperation platform and the establishment of win-win corporate image are of reference value.
