基于遗传算法的B公司装配线平衡优化研究

【摘要】:生产线平衡是制造企业底层生产流程设计规划和重组优化的重要方法之一,即在给定的约束条件下,将一系列具有优先关系的作业要素分配给合适数量的工作站,以实现生产线的平衡。生产线的不平衡会造成大量的工时损失,也会造成大量的在制品堆积,严重时会导致生产的中止。 本文在总结和分析了近年来国内外研究生产线平衡技术方法的基础上,针对现有生产平衡技术中研究较少的方面-第二类生产线平衡问题,将工业工程方法与改进遗传算法相结合,提出一种用改进遗传算法来分析、解决生产线平衡问题的方法技术,并把这种方法应用到实际生产线平衡问题的改善上,取得了较好的效果。 本文首先对生产线平衡问题概念进行了基本阐述,并回顾总结了国内外生产线平衡问题的常用求解思路和算法。在此基础上针对本公司Blue Line2产品生产线现状进行了分析,提出了该生产线平衡问题为第二类生产线平衡问题,围绕该生产线平衡优化目标,使用传统工业工程方法对生产线平衡问题进行了初步的研究,使生产线的平衡率提高到71%左右,同时考虑到该生产线工序多达近40个,传统工业工程方法不能进一步给出优化改善的情况下,提出了利用改进遗传算法来研究上述问题。本文利用Matlab编程工具完成了改进遗传算法的编程,,并利用经典生产平衡问题对算法进行了验证,利用该算法对实际生产线进行了模拟优化,结果表明,此种算法能够较好的解决第二类生产平衡问题,对提高生产线平衡率和降低生产线的负荷不平衡有较好的结果。 最后在基于Matlab的改进遗传算法优化后的结果下对实际装配生产线平衡问题进行优化平衡,并对平衡优化前后的指标进行了对比和评价。 本文通过对第二类生产平衡问题的深入研究,并采用改进遗传算法对问题进行了优化求解,该研究结果表明该研究在解决平衡生产线,企业资源优化配置,提高企业生产效率,提高企业竞争力具有较好效果。
[Abstract]:Production line balance is one of the most important methods to design and reorganize manufacturing processes in manufacturing enterprises. Under given constraints, a series of operational elements with priority relationship are assigned to a suitable number of workstations. In order to achieve the balance of the production line. The imbalance of the production line will cause a lot of man-hour loss, also will cause a large number of in-process product accumulation, serious will lead to the suspension of production. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research methods of production line balance technology at home and abroad in recent years, this paper aims at the problem of the second kind of production line balance, which is less studied in the existing production balance technology. Combining the industrial engineering method with the improved genetic algorithm, this paper puts forward a method and technology of analyzing and solving the problem of production line balance by using the improved genetic algorithm, and applies this method to the improvement of the balance problem of the actual production line. Good results have been obtained. In this paper, the concept of production line balance problem is introduced, and the common solutions and algorithms of production line balance problem at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Blue Line2 product line of our company, the paper puts forward that the balance problem of the production line is the second kind of production line balance problem, and focuses on the optimization goal of the product line balance. The balance problem of production line is studied by using traditional industrial engineering method, and the balance rate of production line is raised to about 71%. Considering that there are as many as 40 processes in the production line, the balance rate of the production line is increased to about 71%. Under the condition that the traditional industrial engineering method can not give the optimization improvement further, the improved genetic algorithm is proposed to study the above problems. In this paper, Matlab programming tool is used to complete the programming of improved genetic algorithm, and the algorithm is verified by classical production balance problem. The algorithm is used to simulate and optimize the actual production line, and the results show that: This algorithm can solve the problem of the second kind of production balance better, and has a good result to improve the balance rate of the production line and reduce the unbalanced load of the production line. Finally, under the optimized results of the improved genetic algorithm based on Matlab, the balance problem of the actual assembly production line is optimized, and the indexes before and after the optimization are compared and evaluated. In this paper, the second kind of production balance problem is studied deeply, and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The results show that this research can solve the problem of balancing production line, optimizing the allocation of enterprise resources and improving the production efficiency of enterprises. Improving the competitiveness of enterprises has a good effect.
