广西玉柴重工公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:“三年发展靠机遇,十年发展靠战略”,企业谋求长远发展、基业长青,就必须高度重视战略管理。对企业来说,战略的制订与实施无论对企业本身还是对整个行业的健康可持续发展,都是极其有利的,同时也可充分体现企业家对企业和行业负责的态度。 广西玉柴重工公司作为玉柴集团战略规划的两条产业链之一,在过去20余年取得了较好的发展成效。然而,玉柴重工的运营模式、发展规划、融资方式、风险管理等方面还存在着一些不足之处,在某种程度上制约着公司的进一步发展和玉柴集团二次创业目标的有效实现。目前,玉柴重工如何充分利用自身的内部优势和外部机会,尽可能地规避内部劣势和外部风险,定位好公司的发展方向,规划企业的发展战略,并制定一系列切实可行的战略实施措施,对企业未来的发展和走向起着至关重要的作用。 本文以战略管理理论为基础,首先,利用PEST分析了玉柴重工所处的宏观环境,并用波特五力模型分析了玉柴重工所在挖掘机行业的竞争环境;其次,用企业内部能力分析理论和关键因素分析法,对玉柴重工企业内部能力进行了简要分析;再次,运用SWOT分析模型深入剖析了公司发展的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,确立了玉柴重工的总体发展战略、战略目标及经营战略等。最后,提出了公司发展战略落地的实施措施。
[Abstract]:"three-year development depends on opportunity, ten-year development depends on strategy", enterprises seek long-term development, and the basic industry is green, we must attach great importance to strategic management. For an enterprise, the formulation and implementation of the strategy is extremely beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise itself and the whole industry, and it can also fully reflect the attitude of the entrepreneur to the enterprise and the industry. As one of the two industrial chains of Yuchai Group's strategic planning, Guangxi Yuchai heavy Industry Company has achieved good development results in the past 20 years. However, there are still some deficiencies in the operation mode, development planning, financing mode and risk management of Yuchai heavy Industry, which to some extent restrict the further development of the company and the effective realization of the second venture goal of Yuchai Group. At present, Yuchai heavy Industry how to make full use of its own internal advantages and external opportunities, as far as possible to avoid internal weaknesses and external risks, positioning the company's development direction, planning the development strategy of the enterprise. And formulate a series of feasible strategic implementation measures, which plays a vital role in the future development and direction of the enterprise. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper first analyzes the macro-environment of Yuchai heavy Industry by using PEST, and analyzes the competitive environment of Yuchai heavy Industry's excavator industry with Porter-five force model. Secondly, the internal capability of Yuchai heavy industry enterprise is analyzed briefly by using the theory of internal capability analysis and the analysis of key factors. Thirdly, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company's development are deeply analyzed by using the SWOT analysis model, and the overall development strategy, strategic objectives and management strategy of Yuchai heavy Industry are established. Finally, put forward the implementation measures of the company's development strategy to the ground.
