电力营销管理标准化工作体系建设

【摘要】:正电力企业的发展,加强了对电力营销管理标准化工作的重视,并且相关部门已经将标准化管理模式应用到实际的工作中,但是应用上只是一个标准化的框架,主要表现为工作岗位管理标准化、办公室的制度标准化等,这些简单的重叠远远满足不了我国经济的发展进程。自从我国加入世贸组织后,国家的经济走向世界,此时对电力系统管理标准化的要求更高。另外,电力营销工作具有一定的广泛性且工作复杂、涉及面广,所以要想真正做好
[Abstract]:The development of the positive electric power enterprise has strengthened the attention to the standardization of the power marketing management, and the relevant departments have applied the standardized management mode to the actual work, but the application is only a standardized framework. Mainly for the standardization of job management, office system standardization and so on, these simple overlaps are far from satisfying the development process of our country's economy. Since China's entry into WTO, the economy of our country has gone to the world. At this time, the standardization of power system management is more and more demanding. In addition, the power marketing work has a certain degree of universality and complexity, involving a wide range of areas, so we should really do a good job.
