建筑业上市公司核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：建筑业作为我国的支柱产业，对我国经济的发展具有非常重要的作用。随着固定资产投资的持续增加和城镇化进程的不断推进，“十二五”期间将是建筑业保持高速稳定增长的重要机遇和经济发展方式转变的关键时期。建筑业上市公司作为建筑市场竞争主体的行业标杆，其生产水平与竞争能力直接关系到建筑业的整体发展状况，其如何在重要转型期及激烈的竞争中保持优势，如何提升自身的核心竞争力，已成为亟待解决的问题。因此，对建筑业上市公司核心竞争力进行研究是十分必要的。本文着眼于建筑业上市公司核心竞争力评价体系及模型的构建，目的在于为我国建筑业上市公司核心竞争力的提升出谋划策。文章首先介绍了国内外关于企业核心竞争力相关概念、理论及评价的研究现状；接着结合我国股票市场的发展历程，综述建筑业上市公司发展历程，同时分析我国建筑业上市公司发展现状；然后根据建筑企业核心竞争力评价指标体系研究现状和建筑业上市公司核心竞争力的形成要素，，构建了建筑业上市公司核心竞争力评价指标体系和基于主成分分析法的评价模型，为后续实证研究奠定理论基础；最后，运用评价体系及模型对27家建筑业上市公司进行实证分析，同时根据建筑业上市公司核心竞争力评价结果，从市场能力、融资能力与财务状况、人力资本、技术能力和管理能力等五个方面，探讨了我国建筑业上市公司核心竞争力提升对策。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our country, the construction industry plays a very important role in the economic development of our country. With the continuous increase of fixed assets investment and urbanization process, the "12th five-year Plan" period will be an important opportunity for the construction industry to maintain high-speed and stable growth and a critical period for the transformation of economic development mode. As the main body of competition in the construction market, listed companies in the construction industry have a direct bearing on the overall development of the construction industry, their production level and competitiveness, and how to maintain their advantages in the important transition period and in the fierce competition. How to improve their core competitiveness, has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the core competitiveness of listed construction companies. This paper focuses on the construction of the evaluation system and model of the core competence of listed companies in the construction industry in order to make suggestions for the promotion of the core competence of the listed companies of the construction industry in China. Firstly, this paper introduces the current status of the research on the concept, theory and evaluation of the core competence of enterprises at home and abroad. Then combined with the development of China's stock market, this paper summarizes the development of listed construction companies, and analyzes the development status of listed construction companies in China at the same time. Then according to the status quo of the evaluation index system of core competence of construction enterprises and the forming factors of core competence of listed construction companies, The evaluation index system of core competence of listed companies in construction industry and the evaluation model based on principal component analysis (PCA) are constructed to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up empirical research. Finally, using the evaluation system and model to carry on the empirical analysis to 27 listed construction companies, at the same time, according to the evaluation results of the core competitiveness of the listed construction companies, from the market ability, financing ability and financial situation, human capital, Five aspects, such as technical ability and management ability, are discussed to improve the core competitiveness of listed construction companies in China.
