副车架总成项目开发中APQP的应用与研究

【摘要】:近几年来,我国汽车工业飞速发展,汽车产销量稳步增加,为汽车零部件的进一步扩展提供了广泛的空间。然而,汽车作为一种极为复杂的产品,怎样才可以有效的保证每一个零部件的质量,从而就给汽车零部件生产行业提出了一个更高方面的要求;另外,客户对车辆安全、性能和外观方面都有了更高的期望,使汽车更新换代的频率变得越来越快,汽车产品开发周期也变得越来越短,对整个汽车零部件行业来说将会面临越来越多的要求。自上世纪八十年代末通用、大众、福特汽车公司进入中国,APQP产品质量先期策划作为新产品研制、开发程序,已经在汽车零部件制造企业中得到了广泛应用。但是由于起步晚,发展速度过快,国外的先进项目管理方法在国内企业中流于形式,特别是针对大型的国有企业,项目管理的方法陈旧,管理思路也很保守。如何将这些先进的产品质量先期策划方法不断发展和完善,并应用到企业中去,是目前国内汽车企业面临的最首要的问题。本文以促进项目管理在国内企业中得到更加深入的应用为目标,着重研究了如何利用项目管理方面的相关知识和产品质量先期策划流程(APQP)来对项目开发流程进行改造在研究过程中使用了对比分析法等方法,对SHAC公司内部产品质量先期策划的运用情况进行了介绍,详细研究了SHAC公司项目开发步骤;明确了SHAC公司的副车架产品项目开发过程中存在的问题,深刻剖析这些问题产生的原因以及所带来的负面影响。综合运用了APQP、FMEA、甘特图、责任分配矩阵等项目管理方法对其进行改造,并进行效果评定。通过本文的分析和研究,完善了SHAC公司副车架总成APQP工作流程,达到了优化组织结构,提高了工作效率和策划能力的目的,通过实际项目操作证明了APQP是零部件制造企业不可缺少的项目开发技术。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the production and sales of automobile have increased steadily, which provides a wide range of space for the further expansion of automobile parts. However, as a very complex product, how to effectively ensure the quality of each part, so as to put forward a higher requirement for the auto parts production industry; In addition, customers have higher expectations for vehicle safety, performance and appearance, which makes the frequency of vehicle renewal faster and faster, and the development cycle of automobile products getting shorter and shorter. For the whole auto parts industry will face more and more requirements. Since the late 1980s, General Motors, Volkswagen and Ford Motor Company have entered China. As a new product development and development program, APQP product quality planning has been widely used in auto parts manufacturing enterprises. However, because of the late start and the rapid development speed, the advanced project management methods abroad are in the form of domestic enterprises, especially for large state-owned enterprises, the methods of project management are old and the management ideas are very conservative. How to develop and perfect these advanced product quality planning methods and apply them to enterprises is the most important problem faced by domestic automobile enterprises at present. In order to promote the further application of project management in domestic enterprises, this paper aims at promoting the further application of project management in domestic enterprises. This paper focuses on how to use the relevant knowledge of project management and product quality advance planning process (APQP) to transform the project development process. The comparative analysis method is used in the research process. The application of SHAC internal product quality planning is introduced, and the project development steps of SHAC company are studied in detail. This paper clarifies the problems existing in the development of the sub-frame product project of SHAC Company, and deeply analyzes the causes and negative effects of these problems. APQP,FMEA, Gantt chart, responsibility distribution matrix and other project management methods are comprehensively used to transform it, and the effect is evaluated. Through the analysis and research of this paper, the APQP work flow of the sub-frame assembly of SHAC Company has been perfected, and the aim of optimizing the organization structure, improving the work efficiency and planning ability has been achieved. Through the actual project operation, it is proved that APQP is an indispensable project development technology for parts manufacturing enterprises.
