基于模块化的国家电网公司企业文化落地研究及应用

【摘要】:随着企业文化对国家繁荣和企业发展所带来的积极影响日益加剧,我国正迎来文化大战略的重要时代,我国企业也步入了“文化制胜”的时代。作为关系国家能源安全和国民经济命脉的国有重要骨干企业,国家电网公司历来重视企业文化建设,并将其作为提升公司软实力和核心竞争力的重要途径。但由于下属公司数目众多且文化建设基础参差不齐,国家电网公司迫切需要提高下属公司的企业文化落地水平。本文针对国家电网公司企业文化建设特点对落地问题进行分析,通过现场调研、专家访谈、文献研究等方式,对国家电网公司企业文化落地方法进行了深入研究,探索出一套适合母子型企业集团实施统一的企业文化的新方案,并付之于工程实践,验证论文研究的有效性。 首先,就国内外关于企业文化落地和模块化理论进行综述,确定研究方向,明确论文研究的目的及意义,进而提出本论文的研究内容及方法。 其次,开展对企业文化落地、模块化等理论的研究,详细分析国家电网公司企业特征和企业文化落地特点。在此基础上,结合企业文化落地一般过程,提出国家电网公司落地的关键问题,进而构建基于模块化的国家电网公司企业文化落地的研究框架。 再次,运用模块化理论开展国家电网公司企业文化落地过程的详细研究。研究内容主要包括两部分:一是将企业文化落地过程自上而下分解为单元模块;二是在运用灰色聚类法对落地过程模块和下属公司聚类的基础上,将模块重新组合,输出满足不同落地要求的多样化过程。 最后,将研究成果在国家电网下属某省公司—A公司进行实际应用,,通过A公司推进国家电网公司统一的企业文化在其下属公司的实施过程,验证论文研究的适用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing positive influence of corporate culture on the prosperity and development of the country, China is ushering in an important era of cultural strategy, and Chinese enterprises have also entered the era of "cultural victory". As an important backbone enterprise related to national energy security and the lifeblood of the national economy, the State Power Grid Company has always attached importance to the construction of corporate culture and regarded it as an important way to enhance the soft power and core competitiveness of the company. However, due to the large number of subsidiaries and the uneven foundation of cultural construction, the State Grid Company urgently needs to improve the level of corporate culture landing of its subsidiaries. This paper analyzes the landing problem according to the characteristics of the enterprise culture construction of the State Power Grid Company, and makes a deep study on the landing method of the enterprise culture of the State Power Grid Company through on-the-spot investigation, expert interview, literature research and so on. This paper explores a new scheme suitable for mother and child enterprise groups to implement unified enterprise culture, and pays it to engineering practice to verify the effectiveness of the research in this paper. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of corporate culture landing and modularization at home and abroad, determines the research direction, clarifies the purpose and significance of the paper, and then puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper. Secondly, the theory of corporate culture landing and modularization is studied, and the enterprise characteristics and corporate culture landing characteristics of State Power Grid Company are analyzed in detail. On this basis, combined with the general process of corporate culture landing, this paper puts forward the key problems of the landing of the state power grid company, and then constructs the research framework of the enterprise culture landing of the state power grid company based on modularization. Thirdly, the modularization theory is used to carry out the detailed research on the landing process of the enterprise culture of the State Power Grid Company. The research content mainly includes two parts: one is to decompose the landing process of corporate culture into unit modules from top to bottom; Second, on the basis of clustering the landing process modules and subordinate companies by grey clustering method, the modules are recombined to output the diversification process to meet the different landing requirements. Finally, the research results are applied in A Company, a provincial company under the State Power Grid, and the applicability and effectiveness of the paper are verified by promoting the implementation process of the unified corporate culture of the State Power Grid Company in its subordinate companies.
