河南省对非洲农业机械出口研究

【摘要】：农业机械出口一直是各界学者关注和研究的热点问题，它不仅从一个侧面反映了农业经济的状况，还体现了一个国家农业科技水平的国际地位。农业机械产品是世界出口贸易中比较利益较大的商品，同时也是技术含量较高的主要产品之一，其对一国出口产品结构和质量的升级起着关键性作用，因此受到世界各国的普遍重视。农业机械产品作为我国重要的出口商品之一，已经成为我国对外出口的重点。对我国农业机械产品而言，面对全球金融波动的诸多不确定因素影响、复杂的国际国内环境和各国市场等原因，如何抓住时机扩大产品出口，是当今实际工作中迫切需要解决的问题之一。河南省作为中国的农业大省，其农业机械实力雄厚，农业生产技术先进。河南省在开拓非洲市场方面有自己独特的优势，河南省综合经济优势明显，经济持续增长，总量不断增大，发展基础良好、发展潜力巨大，农业机械门类比较齐全，农机企业规模不断增大。非洲被称为世界上最后一块未被开发的处女地，其农业资源丰富，但生产力低下，对非洲地区农业机械的出口既能增加农业收入，又能开拓国外市场，提升市场占有率。本文主要遵循从理论到实践的路径，运用经济学分析方法。首先，阐述了本文的研究背景、问题、目的及意义，同时，通过对国内外文章的整理得出河南省对非洲出口农业机械具有研究价值。然后，对农业机械出口的基本涵义和特点进行了梳理，同时，分析了农业机械出口的客观动因和主观动因。第三部分，非洲对河南省农业机械需求分析。从河南省与非洲地区农业机械产品贸易发展沿革来分析，通过河南省农业机械贸易的发展，非洲农业机械贸易的发展以及河南省对非洲农业机械贸易的发展三个部分进行阐述；通过非洲对河南省农机需求总特征和区域性特征的分析，其中，通过非洲地区东、南、西、北四个主要国家的经济现状，以及对农业机械的需求证明河南省对非洲地区出口农业机械的可行性前景可观。第四部分，河南省对非洲地区农业机械出口的国际竞争力分析。在对全文研究结论总结的基础上，通过产业内贸易、贸易竞争力指数、国际市场占有率以及显性比较优势四个方面探讨河南省对非洲地区农业机械出口的势在必行，并且，总结了河南省对非洲农业机械出口面临的问题。最后，，提出了加快河南省对非洲地区农业机械出口的八字方针政策，即“法律”、“信息”、“服务”、“培育”。
[Abstract]:The export of agricultural machinery has always been a hot issue concerned and studied by scholars from all walks of life. It not only reflects the situation of agricultural economy from one side, but also reflects the international status of a country's agricultural science and technology level. Agricultural machinery product is not only one of the most beneficial commodities in the world export trade, but also one of the main products with high technical content. It plays a key role in upgrading the structure and quality of a country's export products, so it has been paid more and more attention by all countries in the world. As one of the important export commodities in China, agricultural machinery products have become the focus of China's export. For China's agricultural machinery products, in the face of many uncertain factors of global financial fluctuations, complex international and domestic environment and national markets and other reasons, how to seize the opportunity to expand the export of products, is one of the urgent problems to be solved in today's practical work. Henan Province, as a major agricultural province in China, has strong agricultural machinery and advanced agricultural production technology. Henan Province has its own unique advantages in opening up African markets. Henan Province has obvious comprehensive economic advantages, sustained economic growth, continuous increase in the total amount, good development foundation, huge development potential, relatively complete categories of agricultural machinery, and the scale of agricultural machinery enterprises is constantly increasing. Africa is known as the last undeveloped virgin land in the world. Its agricultural resources are rich, but its productivity is low. The export of agricultural machinery to Africa can not only increase agricultural income, but also open up foreign markets and increase market share. This paper mainly follows the path from theory to practice, using economic analysis methods. First of all, this paper expounds the research background, problems, purpose and significance of this paper, at the same time, through the collation of domestic and foreign articles, it is concluded that Henan Province has research value to African export agricultural machinery. Then, the basic meaning and characteristics of agricultural machinery export are combed, and the objective and subjective motivation of agricultural machinery export is analyzed. The third part is the analysis of Africa's demand for agricultural machinery in Henan Province. Based on the analysis of the development history of agricultural machinery product trade between Henan Province and Africa, this paper expounds the development of agricultural machinery trade in Henan Province, the development of agricultural machinery trade in Africa and the development of agricultural machinery trade in Africa in Henan Province. Through the analysis of the general and regional characteristics of agricultural machinery demand in Henan Province in Africa, it is proved that the feasibility prospect of Henan Province's export of agricultural machinery to Africa is considerable through the economic situation of the four main countries in the east, south, west and north of Africa, as well as the demand for agricultural machinery. The fourth part, Henan Province to Africa agricultural machinery export international competitiveness analysis. On the basis of summing up the conclusions of this paper, this paper probes into the necessity of Henan's agricultural machinery export to Africa through four aspects: intra-industry trade, trade competitiveness index, international market share and dominant comparative advantage, and summarizes the problems faced by Henan Province's agricultural machinery export to Africa. Finally, the eight-character policy of speeding up the export of agricultural machinery from Henan Province to Africa is put forward, that is, "law", "information", "service" and "cultivation".
