基于时间层独立化和动态规划的天然气管网动态运行优化

【摘要】:动态规划方法在天然气管网动态运行优化求解中存在"维数灾难"和"无后效性"问题,求解效率较低.为了提高动态规划方法在天然气管网动态运行优化求解中的效率,对管网动态运行优化的数学模型作了相关分析,在此基础上提出了时间层独立化处理方法,将多时间层的优化问题转变成独立的单时间层的优化问题,然后采用自适应动态规划方法进行求解.仿真结果表明:时间层独立化处理方法能有效避免"维数灾难"和"无后效性"问题,简化了求解过程,较大的提高动态规划方法对管网动态运行优化问题的求解效率.
[Abstract]:The dynamic programming method has the problems of "dimension disaster" and "no aftereffect" in solving the dynamic operation optimization of natural gas pipeline network, and the efficiency of the solution is low. In order to improve the efficiency of dynamic programming method in solving dynamic operation optimization of natural gas pipeline network, the mathematical model of dynamic operation optimization of natural gas pipeline network is analyzed. On this basis, the independent treatment method of time layer is put forward, and the optimization problem of multi-time layer is transformed into an independent single time layer optimization problem, and then the adaptive dynamic programming method is used to solve the problem. The simulation results show that the time layer independence treatment method can effectively avoid the problem of "dimension disaster" and "no aftereffect", simplify the solving process, and greatly improve the efficiency of dynamic programming method in solving the dynamic operation optimization problem of pipe network.
