加纳制造业中小企业在国家发展增长中发挥着重要作用。然而,由于中小企业资源有限且企业竞争日益激烈,使其在国民经济中相对处于弱势地位。既有研究发现,制造业中小企业在应对商业环境挑战方面的成功在很大程度上取决于他们的企业家导向(EO)。企业家导向在以往的研究中被认为是影响企业财务绩效的因素之一。然而,迄今为止,相关研究还无法清晰证实企业家导向与公司财务绩效之间是否一定存在积极关系,这表明企业家导向至少有时可能导致企业的卓越业绩。迄今为止,尚未有对企业家导向及其与加纳中小企业、特别是阿克拉制造业的业绩之间关系进行的重要研究。因此,本研究采用定量方法,鉴于加纳阿克拉制造业中小企业对区域经济乃至国民经济的重要价值,选取阿克拉地区制造业加纳中小企业为样本开展研究,实证探讨阿克拉制造业中小企业的企业家导向与财务绩效之间的关系,以期对优化提升其财务绩效提供对策建议。本研究样本选取的受访者是中小企业所有者或经理,该群体被认为对组织特点及战略制定过程密切相关。数据来自加纳大阿克拉地区阿克拉大都会的中小业主和管理者。采用方便的抽样方法,选择246名被调查者进行研究。之所以选择这种方法,是因为这些管理者和业主的...
