广东南粤银行核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:广东南粤银行股份有限公司(以下简称南粤银行)前身是湛江市城市商业银行,成立于1998年,历经化解城市信用社风险、求生存保支付、改革重组,再到近阶段的二次改革,截止2012年,南粤银行的资产规模达1068亿元,跻身千亿资产的城市商业银行行列。南粤银行每一次重大抉择,都是一次全面的提质增效,2009年股权改革和异地开设分行、2011年成功更名等,都显示出其卓越的战略眼光。 核心竞争力的概念出现于上世纪90年代初,它是企业竞争力的源泉,是难以被模仿的,,其来源于长期的经营学习和文化沉淀,具有很强的竞争优势,本文通过运用具体的案例实践,全方位辨识核心竞争力,强化对南粤银行核心竞争力的认识。 本文通过宏观的外部环境(PEST)和城市商业银行波特五力分析,明确南粤银行所处的竞争环境;对市场需求的透析,进一步明晰南粤银行核心竞争力在竞争环境中的运用情况。南粤银行核心竞争力的微观影响要素有资源和能力两大类,包含企业文化、人力资源、技术水平、学习创新和组织管理等要素,南粤银行价值链有四个显著特点,如以客户需求为导向、风险管理和产品创新成为价值链的重要推力、创造价值活动由后台移向前台和价值链的内外部联动性,通过这些要素和价值链的具体化展示,辨识出其核心竞争力就是对客户金融服务的专注。最后,提出了关于南粤银行培育和提升核心竞争力的建议,包括深化打造业务专长、聚焦中小微企业服务、大力推进金融创新、提高风险控制能力、提升银行品牌形象等措施,以促进南粤银行更好更快发展。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Guangdong Bank Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Guangdong Bank) is the predecessor of the Zhanjiang City Commercial Bank, founded in 1998, after resolving the risk of city credit cooperatives, survival insurance payment, reform and reorganization, and then to two times of the last stage of reform, as of 2012, Guangdong bank assets amounted to 106 billion 800 million yuan, among the billions of assets of the city the Commercial Bank ranks. Guangdong bank every major decision, is a comprehensive quality and efficiency, equity reform and off-site branch in 2009 2011, successfully renamed, showing its excellent strategic vision.
The concept of core competence appeared in the last century at the beginning of 90s, it is the source of enterprise competitiveness, it is difficult to be imitated, it comes from the long-term business, learning and culture, has a strong competitive advantage, through the use of specific case in practice, a full range of identification of core competitiveness, strengthen the understanding of the core competitiveness of Guangdong Bank.
This article through the macro environment analysis (PEST) and the Potter five city commercial bank, Guangdong Bank clear the competitive environment; dialysis on the market demand, to further clarify the core competitiveness of Guangdong Bank in a competitive environment. Using the micro influence factors of the core competitiveness of Guangdong Bank has the resources and the ability of the two categories, including corporate culture, human resources, technology level, learning innovation and organizational management elements, value chain Guangdong Bank has four notable features, such as customer demand, risk management and product innovation has become an important thrust of the value chain, value creation activity from the background shift to internal and external linkage between foreground and value chain. Through these specific factors and value chain of the show, to identify its core competitiveness is to customers of financial services focused. Finally, put forward about Yin Hangpei and promote nuclear Guangdong The core competitiveness of suggestions, including deepening build business expertise, focusing on small and micro enterprises, vigorously promote financial innovation, improve risk control ability, enhance the brand image of bank and other measures to promote the development of Guangdong Bank better.
