【摘要】:随着我国国内生产总值的持续快速增长,居民手中可支配收入不断增加,财富不断积累,银行存款因其收益率较低,已经不能满足人们对财富保值增值的迫切需求,于是越来越多的投资渠道开始受到人们的普遍关注。在我国居民可投资收入提高和商业银行拓展中间业务收入压力的供需双重作用机制下,早已在西方发达国家发展成熟的商业银行理财产品业务在我国发展迅速,为我国居民收入的保值增值以及银行增加利润来源发挥了重要作用。然而,不可回避的问题是,我国商业银行发行的理财产品呈现出显著的趋同性,这种趋同性不利于我国理财产品市场的健康发展,也难以满足我国居民日益增长的理财需求。 文章首先回顾和总结了银行理财产品方面的研究成果,界定了所要研究的问题,即银行的同质化现象;在此基础上,文章对于同质化问题展开了深入的分析,通过对数据的分析和理论模型的建立,重点剖析了银行理财产品同质化的特点、成因以及负面影响。通过对我国商业银行理财产品同质化问题的分析,指出我国商业银行理财产品在收益方式、基础资产、预期收益率、期限结构、发行币种、产品设计理念等方面存在很大程度的同质化趋势,并从我国的现行金融体制、银行理财产品定价能力、银行理财产品设计权力的分配、人才配置、银行理财产品市场调查等方面分析了同质化产生的原因,认为这种同质化趋向容易造成扰乱理财市场竞争秩序,使中小型银行面临更高的风险,且无法满足国内客户日益增长的理财需求。本文运用豪泰林产品差异化模型,分析出理财产品同质化导致的结果和实践启示,提出银行理财产品差异化发展的策略,认为我国银行理财产品目前在居民投资热情的带动、银行业务转型的要求、互联网金融的兴起以及监管层面的压力等影响下,差异化策略能够更好地顺应时代的发展要求。提出了理财产品发展的差异化发展策略;最后,,本文从宏观的金融秩序改革和微观的银行层面提出了相关可行性建议,以推动银行业理财产品市场的健康有序发展。 全文共分为四部分: 第一部分介绍了本文的研究的背景和选题意义,概要介绍了本文的研究思路和主要创新点。并且通过文献的回顾,总结归纳了国内外关于理财产品的研究成果,并分析了研究的不足,提出本文的研究方法。 第二部分主要介绍了银行理财产品的特征、同质化的表现形式,以及同质化的原因与影响分析。 第三部分运用豪泰林产品差异模型分析了我国银行理财产品的同质化问题,并阐明了模型的实践意义。 第四部分是介绍本文的结论,分析我国理财产品差异化的发展策略并提出可行性政策建议,提出银行理财产品差异化发展的策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's GDP, the disposable income in the hands of residents is increasing, wealth is accumulating, and bank deposits have a low return rate. It has not been able to meet the urgent needs of people to maintain and increase the value of wealth. As a result, more and more investment channels began to receive widespread attention. Under the dual mechanism of supply and demand, the increase of residents' investable income and the pressure of commercial banks to expand their intermediate business income. The commercial bank financial product business, which has already developed mature in the western developed countries, has developed rapidly in our country, which has played an important role in maintaining and increasing the value of the residents' income and increasing the profit source of the bank. The unavoidable problem is that the financial products issued by commercial banks in China show significant convergence, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the financial products market in China. It is also difficult to meet the growing financial needs of Chinese residents. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the research results of banking financial products, and defines the problems to be studied, that is, the homogeneity of banks; On this basis, the article on the homogenization of the in-depth analysis, through the analysis of the data and the establishment of theoretical models, focusing on the characteristics of homogenization of banking financial products. Through the analysis of homogeneity of financial products of commercial banks in our country, the paper points out that the financial products of commercial banks in our country are in the way of income, basic assets, expected return rate, term structure and issuing currency. There is a great degree of homogeneity trend in product design concept, and from the current financial system of our country, the pricing ability of banking financial products, the distribution of design power of banking financial products, the allocation of talents. This paper analyzes the causes of homogenization in the market investigation of banking products and thinks that the homogenization tends to disturb the competition order of financial management market and make medium and small banks face higher risks. And can not meet the growing financial needs of domestic customers. This paper uses the Hauterin product differentiation model to analyze the results and practical implications of homogenization of financial products. This paper puts forward the strategy of differentiated development of banking financial products, and thinks that banking financial products in our country are driven by residents' investment enthusiasm and the requirements of banking business transformation. Under the influence of the rise of Internet finance and the pressure of supervision, the differentiation strategy can better meet the development requirements of the times. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from the macro financial order reform and the micro banking level in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of banking financial products market. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the background and significance of this study, briefly introduces the research ideas and main innovative points. And through the review of the literature. This paper summarizes the research results of financial products at home and abroad, analyzes the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the research methods of this paper. The second part mainly introduces the characteristics of banking financial products, the form of homogenization, as well as the causes and effects of homogenization. In the third part, the homogeneity of banking financial products in China is analyzed by using the difference model of Haotai forest products, and the practical significance of the model is clarified. Part 4th introduces the conclusion of this paper, analyzes the development strategy of financial product differentiation in China, puts forward feasible policy recommendations, and puts forward the development strategy of banking financial product differentiation.
