【摘要】:私人银行业务是银行开设的一种金融产品与服务,是专门定位于富裕人群,一般来说至少需要100万美元以上的资产。私人银行业务有别于一般传统的“零售银行业务”,结合了信托、投资、税务咨询等多种金融服务,主要是突出了量身定制的特殊性,比如可以购买一般客户无法购买的股票、债券和优先购买IPO的机会,此外还可以提供公司架构设计、不动产投资、遗产规划等个性化服务。同时还可以享受骑马、高尔夫畅打、SOS救援服务、珠宝鉴赏等增值服务,以及购买商业银行专门为其定制的高认购起点、高收益的理财产品。私人银行业务具有准入门槛高,服务个性化、专业化、综合化,品牌效应大,业务利润高等特点。私人银行业务在国外经过几百年的发展已经相当成熟,也成为了国际上许多著名商业银行一个重要的业务板块。近年来我国经济迅速发展,已成为全球第二大经济体,占全球经济比重超过10%。我国的富裕人士数量也急速增加,财富不断增长。我国富豪人数的增长率也是全球最快的国家之一。在亚太地区,日本的富裕人数排名第一,中国排名第二。中国高净值人群在财富急剧增长以后,也愈发关注“财富保障”和“财富传承”,不再像以前一样单一存放资产,而是开始追求多元化、甚至跨境的全球化资产配置需求。私人银行在满足高净值人群的金融需求中所承担的角色越来越重要,双方的合作关系日渐深化,高净值人群对私人银行的信任度也逐步增加。2007年,我国成立了首家中资银行的私人银行业务中心,我国私人银行业务的发展尚处于起步阶段,依然存在组织模式落后、产品创新力度待加强、缺乏私人银行相关业务的高端人才、监管需要升级等诸多问题。尤其在我国目前的私人银行业务市场定位方面,存在着诸多问题与不足,亟待解决。目前私人银行业务在各大商业银行都已上升到战略地位的高度。在理论方面,对于我国私人银行业务的相关研究,大多数是关于发展模式以及未来发展趋势的研究,而对于现阶段市场定位存在的问题与不足的分析较少。如果不能分析归纳出现阶段市场定位存在的问题,不能指明未来私人银行业务市场定位的方向,将会难以满足国内高净值客户复杂且标准极高的金融需求,促进私人银行业务转型。本文将对我国私人银行业务市场定位的现状及存在的问题进行分析,重点分析了我国私人银行业务市场定位存在的如缺乏清晰的战略定位、产品品种缺乏多样化、专业人才匮乏等几方面问题。同时也对我国私人银行未来发展的市场定位设计进行了阐述分析,提出了保证新市场定位得以实现的具体实践措施,丰富了关于中国私人银行业务未来发展的市场定位的研究理论。

The private banking business has high barriers to entry, personalized service, professional, comprehensive, brand effect Large, high profit business of private banking business in foreign countries. After several years of development has been quite mature, has become an important international business sector in many famous commercial banks. In recent years, China's rapid economic development, has become the world's second largest economy, accounting for the proportion of the global economy over the number of 10%. in China wealthy individuals also increased rapidly growing wealth. One of China's growth rate is the number of billionaires in the world's fastest countries in the Asia Pacific region, the number of wealthy Japan ranked first, Chinese ranked second. Chinese high net worth individuals in the future wealth of rapid growth, is also increasingly concerned about the "wealth protection" and "inheritance of wealth". No longer as a single asset store, but began to pursue diversification, globalization and even cross-border asset allocation needs. Private banks undertake to meet the financial needs of high net worth individuals. More and more important role, the cooperation between the two sides is deepening, the population of high net worth of private banking trust has gradually increased.2007 years, China established the first bank's private banking business center, the development of private banking business in China is still in its infancy, there is still the organization model behind the product innovation needs to be strengthened. The lack of private banking business of high-end talent, regulators need to upgrade. Especially many problems in China's current private banking market positioning, there are many problems and shortcomings, which need to be solved. At present, the private banking business in the major commercial banks have risen to the strategic position of the height. In theory, the related research the private banking business in China, most of the research on the development mode and development trend in the future, and to present the problems and shortcomings of the market positioning The analysis is less. If not analysis stage of market positioning problems, not point out the future direction of the private banking business market positioning, will be difficult to meet the domestic high net worth clients with complex and high standard financial needs, promote private banking business transformation. In this paper, the status quo of China's private banking business market positioning and problems the analysis, analyzed the existing business market positioning of our country private banks such as the lack of clear strategic positioning, product variety and lack of diversification, some problems such as lack of professional talents. At the same time on the market positioning of future development of China's private banking design are analyzed, and puts forward some concrete measures to ensure that the new market positioning can be achieved in practice. It enriches the theory research on the market positioning of future development Chinese private banking business.
