建设银行扬州分行对公业务战略转型研究

【摘要】:实施战略转型是商业银行在金融竞争、金融脱媒、利率市场化、金融环境变化、金融监管强化、信息技术发展的背景下的共同选择。对公业务的战略转型研究有利于促进银行业务结构调整,助推银行整体经营战略转型,有利于打造客户营销平台,实现市场营销集约化,有利于巩固业务优势,抢占新兴市场领域,打造未来竞争优势,是提高盈利能力的重要战略举措。本文首先分析指出存贷差的盈利模式是商业银行对公业务的传统模式,但随着利率市场化进程加快、直接融资快速发展与金融脱媒加剧、资本约束不断加强以及客户需求的多样化等给传统商业银行盈利模式和市场竞争带来了前所未有的挑战,传统业务模式的弊端凸显。作为建设银行的二级分行,建行扬州分行除拥有建行传统的特色化经营战略、强化集中的资源配置战略、先行进取的改革创新战略等战略优势外,自身的资源禀赋在于产业技术优势、经营能力优势、人力资源优势、集约经营水平优势等。基于上述战略转型的必要性分析,本文运用SWOT分析法对建行扬州分行对公业务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了梳理和识别,得出建行扬州分行的对公业务战略应采取进攻型的OS战略的结论,建行可通过对公业务战略转型巩固和强化未来竞争优势。结合建行扬州分行当前对公业务发展实际,以差异化战略为基础,提出要打造建行特色化战略、综合化战略、国际化战略、转型创新战略,并设计和制定了具体的对公业务战略转型方案及对转型方案的保证和控制措施。通过对公业务的战略转型研究,希望能促进建行扬州分行对公业务持续、稳定、健康发展,继续保持建行扬州分行的区域竞争优势,同时为建行扬州分行各基层行发展对公业务提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The implementation of strategic transformation is the commercial banks in financial competition, financial disintermediation, interest rate marketization, financial environment changes, financial supervision and strengthening. Under the background of the development of information technology, the study on the strategic transformation of the public business is conducive to promoting the adjustment of the banking business structure, promoting the strategic transformation of the whole operation of the bank, and creating the customer marketing platform. The realization of intensive marketing will help to consolidate the business advantages, seize the emerging market areas, and build the future competitive advantage. It is an important strategic measure to improve profitability. Firstly, this paper points out that the profit model of the difference between deposit and loan is the traditional mode of commercial banks' public business, but with the acceleration of interest rate marketization process. The rapid development of direct financing and the intensification of financial disintermediation, the constant strengthening of capital constraints and the diversification of customer demand have brought unprecedented challenges to the traditional commercial banks' profit model and market competition. As the secondary branch of CCB, the Yangzhou Branch of CCB not only has the traditional characteristic management strategy of CCB, but also strengthens the centralized resource allocation strategy. In addition to the strategic advantages of pioneering reform and innovation strategy, its own resource endowment lies in the advantages of industry technology, management ability and human resources. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the above strategic transformation, this paper uses SWOT analysis to comb and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Yangzhou Branch of China Construction Bank. Draw the conclusion that the Yangzhou branch of CCB should adopt the offensive OS strategy for the public business strategy. CCB can consolidate and strengthen the future competitive advantage through the strategic transformation of public business. Combined with the actual development of CCB Yangzhou Branch, based on the differentiation strategy, the paper puts forward the characteristic strategy of CCB. Comprehensive strategy, internationalization strategy, transformation and innovation strategy, and the design and formulation of specific public business strategy transformation program and the transformation of the programme assurance and control measures. Through the strategic transformation of public business research. It is hoped to promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of Yangzhou branch of CCB, to maintain the regional competitive advantage of Yangzhou branch of CCB, and to provide reference for the development of public business at the grass-roots level of Yangzhou branch of CCB.
