银行战略群组的新业务战略对绩效影响因素的实证研究——基于中国银行业16家上市银行的面板数据

【摘要】：中国商业银行为满足市场和竞争需要都在着力丰富中间业务。银行的新业务战略与银行不同战略群组绩效之间的关系及其作用机制成为一个值得探究问题。本文的实证研究结果表明:银行新业务战略的程度通过成本收入比的中介作用对绩效产生正向影响;在相同的新业务战略水平下股份制商业银行群组的绩效要明显优于大型国有商业银行群组,发展新业务无法有效分散绩效波动风险。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of market and competition, Chinese commercial banks are focusing on enriching the intermediate business. The relationship between the new business strategy of the bank and the performance of different strategic groups of banks and its mechanism are worth exploring in this paper. The empirical results of this study indicate that:. The degree of the new business strategy of the bank has a positive impact on the performance through the intermediary function of the cost-income ratio; At the same level of new business strategy, the performance of joint-stock commercial bank group is obviously better than that of large state-owned commercial bank group, and the development of new business can not effectively disperse the risk of performance fluctuation.
