【摘要】：盛松成等著《中央银行与货币供给》对当代西方主要的货币供给理论和中央银行货币政策等一系列基本问题进行了全面、深入、细致和准确的阐述。尽管该书仍有一些可以改进的地方,但在我所涉猎过的国内已出版的货币供给问题著作中,该书是对西方货币供给理论剖析最深入,对中、美货币政策实践比较研究最翔实的优秀专著之一。目前,我国利率市场化尚未完成,利率调控机制有待进一步完善,该书的出版对我国货币供给理论研究和货币政策实践具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Sheng Songcheng and so on "the Central Bank and the money supply" have carried on the comprehensive and thorough to the contemporary western main money supply theory and the central bank monetary policy and so on a series of basic questions. Although there is still some room for improvement in the book, it is the most thorough and correct analysis of the western money supply theory in the published domestic money supply works that I have covered. At present, the marketization of interest rate in China has not been completed, and the mechanism of interest rate regulation needs to be further improved. The publication of the book is of great significance to the study of money supply theory and monetary policy practice in China.
