中国利率市场化路径选择研究

【摘要】：随着中国进入中等收入国家行列,潜在和现实的经济增长率出现下降,经济增长动力也处于转换之中。能否实现转变经济发展方式和调整优化产业结构,即由主要依靠要素投入驱动的粗放式增长方式向依靠创新驱动的高效增长方式转变,同时使中国三次产业更加协调地发展,并提升高端制造业比重,进一步发展服务业,关系到中国经济跨跃中等收入陷阱的成功与否。以上都对中国经济体制改革提出了新的、更高的要求。而利率市场化改革作为中国金融体制改革的核心内容之一,同时也是经济体制改革的一部分,在此过程中发挥着关键作用。本文将中国利率市场化路径选择作为研究对象不仅在于丰富和完善相关方面的研究理论,为中国利率市场化改革研究提供全新的视角,带来新鲜的气息,更在于在了解中国利率市场化路径现状及困境的基础上,找出阻碍中国利率市场化改革深层问题,并提出解决对策,用以更好地指导中国利率市场化改革实践。本文通过运用比较分析和规范研究等方法对中国利率市场化路径进行了较为深入的研究。首先分析了相关国家利率市场化遵循的路径,总结了其成功经验和失败教训,之后回顾了中国利率市场化路径、历程,对目前中国利率市场化路径存在的问题及其原因进行了深入的探究,最后提出了相应的改革政策建议。相信本文的研究会对中国利率市场化改革实践有所裨益,助推其前进。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into the ranks of middle-income countries, the potential and realistic economic growth rate has declined, and the power of economic growth is also in the process of transformation. Whether to realize the transformation of economic development mode and adjust and optimize the industrial structure. That is, from the main factor input driven extensive growth mode to rely on innovation driven by efficient growth mode, at the same time to make China's three industries more coordinated development, and enhance the proportion of high-end manufacturing. The further development of the service industry is related to the success of China's economic transition across the middle-income trap. All of the above have put forward a new approach to the reform of China's economic system. The reform of interest rate marketization, as one of the core contents of China's financial system reform, is also a part of the economic system reform, which plays a key role in this process. In this paper, the choice of Chinese interest rate marketization path is not only to enrich and improve the relevant research theory, but also to provide a new perspective for the study of Chinese interest rate marketization reform, bringing fresh breath. On the basis of understanding the current situation and predicament of China's interest rate marketization, the author finds out the deep problems that hinder the reform of China's interest rate marketization, and puts forward some countermeasures. In order to better guide China's interest rate marketization reform practice. Through comparative analysis and normative research, this paper makes a more in-depth study on the path of interest rate marketization in China. Firstly, it analyzes the path followed by the interest rate marketization of relevant countries. Summarized its successful experience and failure lesson, then reviewed the Chinese interest rate marketization path, the course, has carried on the thorough exploration to the present China interest rate marketization path existence question and the reason. Finally, the corresponding reform policy suggestions are put forward. It is believed that the research in this paper will benefit the practice of China's interest rate marketization reform and push it forward.
