【摘要】:近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,我国城市商业银行的发展取得了很好的成绩,不论是资本运作水平、风险管控能力,还是资本质量、法人治理结构、内部资源能力都得到了很大的提升,为地方经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。但与国有商业银行相比,城市商业银行的资产规模仍然比较小、抵抗风险能力也比较弱,再加上其自身经营理念、公司治理结构的不完善,很大程度上制约了城市商业银行的发展。在日益激烈的竞争中,如何实现城市商业银行的稳定发展,提高其核心竞争力,已经成为当前亟待解决的问题。 吉林银行是由长春市商业银行吸收合并吉林市商业银行及辽源市城市信用社而成立的,通过扩股增资、跨区域设立分支机构、吸收境外战略投资者等改革措施,资产规模不断扩大,已经成为吉林省最大的城市商业银行,公司的综合实力大幅提升。地域性是吉林银行的优势,使吉林银行在当地有良好的企业形象和稳定的客户来源。但地域性同时也制约了吉林银行的跨区域发展,限缩了吉林银行的业务范围,不利于吉林银行整体实力的提高。此外,由于历史遗留的原因,吉林银行的发展还存在着其他的问题,如公司治理结构不完善、员工素质普遍较低、资本补充能力不足、风险管控能力低下等,而随着经济的快速发展,银行间的竞争日趋激烈,吉林银行必须实行竞争战略,提高自身的核心竞争力,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。 本文首先吉林银行的竞争分析现状,并对吉林银行发展存在的问题进行分析,包括地域性限制明显、风险管控能力弱、运营管理效率低下等问题。其次,对吉林银行竞争的内外部环境进行分析,吉林银行竞争的外部环境包括金融危机对银行业的影响、我国的金融监管机制、竞争对手分析等宏观环境因素,内部环境即是指吉林银行的内部人力、资产、客户、企业文化等内部资源因素,后通过SWOT分析方法以分析表的方式对吉林银行竞争的优势、机遇、劣势、威胁进行分析并提出相应对策。最后,提出提升吉林银行核心竞争力的具体竞争战略,,如业务调整战略、差异性战略、CIS战略等,并提出完善公司治理、提高资产质量等具体措施保障竞争战略的有效实施,提升吉林银行的综合竞争力,保持吉林银行的竞争优势地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the development of urban commercial banks in China has made good achievements, whether it is the level of capital operation, the ability of risk control, or the quality of capital, corporate governance structure. The capacity of internal resources has been greatly improved, which has made a great contribution to the development of the local economy. However, compared with the state-owned commercial banks, the assets of urban commercial banks are still relatively small, and their ability to resist risks is also relatively weak. In addition, the imperfect corporate governance structure restricts the development of urban commercial banks to a great extent. In the increasingly fierce competition, how to realize the stable development of urban commercial banks and improve their core competitiveness, It has become an urgent problem to be solved. Jilin Bank was established by the Changchun City Commercial Bank to absorb and merge Jilin City Commercial Bank and Liaoyuan City City Credit Cooperatives. Through the expansion of capital, the establishment of cross-regional branches, and the absorption of foreign strategic investors, and other reform measures, With the constant expansion of assets, it has become the largest commercial bank in the city of Jilin Province, and the comprehensive strength of the company has been greatly enhanced. Regional nature is the advantage of Jilin Bank. Make Jilin Bank have a good corporate image and stable customer source in the local area. However, regionalism also restricts the cross-regional development of Jilin Bank, limits the scope of business of Jilin Bank, and is not conducive to the improvement of the overall strength of Jilin Bank. Due to the reasons left over by history, there are still other problems in the development of Jilin Bank, such as imperfect corporate governance structure, low staff quality, insufficient capital replenishment ability, low risk control ability and so on. However, with the rapid development of the economy, The competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce. Jilin Bank must implement competitive strategy and improve its core competitiveness in order to be invincible in the fierce competition. This paper first analyzes the current situation of Jilin Bank's competition analysis, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of Jilin Bank, including obvious regional limitations, weak risk control ability, low operational management efficiency and so on. The internal and external environment of Jilin bank competition is analyzed. The external environment of Jilin bank competition includes the impact of the financial crisis on the banking industry, the financial supervision mechanism of our country, the analysis of competitors and other macro environmental factors. The internal environment refers to the internal resource factors of Jilin Bank, such as manpower, assets, customers, corporate culture and so on. After that, the competitive advantages, opportunities and weaknesses of Jilin Bank are analyzed by SWOT analysis method. Finally, the author puts forward specific competitive strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of Jilin Bank, such as business adjustment strategy, difference strategy and CIS strategy, and proposes to improve corporate governance. To improve the quality of assets and other specific measures to ensure the effective implementation of competitive strategy, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Jilin Bank, and to maintain the competitive advantage of Jilin Bank.
