X商业银行的经营转型策略研究

【摘要】:中小商业银行是我国金融体系的重要组成部分,有利于完善我国的金融体系,更好的服务我国的经济发展。但在次贷危机、金融全球化和互联网金融的影响下,中小商业银行所面临的市场环境、制度政策以及自身经营等因素发生了巨大变化。另外,与大型商业银行相比,中小商业银行处于明显劣势地位,其所面临的竞争压力正逐渐增大,再加上外资银行的强大攻势,目前我国中小商业银行的发展遇到了一系列前所未有的、可能危及生存的变化,因此研究我国中小商业银行的经营转型是一个紧迫而重要的命题。 本文以中小商业银行差异化经营路径为理论基础。以X银行为例,介绍了其转型动因,对比描述了该银行上市8年以来的经营转型状况,分析了其过去经营策略在当下环境的经营现状,总结了其经营转型的成效和存在的问题。然后分析了X银行与5大银行的比较优势和X银行与其他中小银行的比较优势,发现X银行在服务地方经济、服务某一地方的居民有比较优势,而这类似于美国社区银行的性质。然后借鉴美国社区银行的优秀做法,并看到其不足之处,结合我国国情,因地制宜,给X银行经营转型以启示。最后,本文通过完善X商业银行的不足和借鉴美国社区银行的优秀做法,提出了X商业银行应发挥自身的比较优势,与大型银行展开错位竞争,找到适合的生存和发展空间。具体建议有:一是经营理念转型,构建品牌形象和知名度;二是盈利模式转型,提高非利息收入占比;三是业务转型,开展差异化经营;四是组织结构转型,构建扁平化组织结构。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized commercial banks are an important part of our financial system, which is conducive to perfecting our financial system and serving our economic development better. However, under the influence of the subprime mortgage crisis, financial globalization and Internet finance, The market environment, institutional policies and management of small and medium-sized commercial banks have changed greatly. In addition, compared with large commercial banks, small and medium-sized commercial banks are in an obvious inferior position. The competitive pressure it faces is gradually increasing, coupled with the strong offensive of foreign banks, at present, the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China has encountered a series of unprecedented changes that may endanger their survival. Therefore, it is an urgent and important proposition to study the management transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Based on the theory of differentiated operation path of medium and small commercial banks, this paper takes X Bank as an example, introduces the reasons for its transformation, and compares the operation transformation situation of this bank since it has been listed for 8 years. This paper analyzes the present operating situation of its management strategy in the present environment, summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of its operation transformation, and then analyzes the comparative advantages of X Bank and five major banks, and the comparative advantages of X Bank and other small and medium-sized banks. It is found that X Bank has a comparative advantage in serving the local economy and serving the residents of a certain place, and this is similar to the nature of the American Community Bank. Then we draw lessons from the excellent practices of the American Community Bank, and see its shortcomings, combining with the national conditions of our country. Finally, through perfecting the deficiency of X commercial bank and drawing on the excellent practice of American community bank, this paper puts forward that X commercial bank should bring its own comparative advantage into full play. In order to find the right room for survival and development with large banks, the specific suggestions are: first, transformation of business philosophy, building brand image and popularity; second, transformation of profit model to increase the proportion of non-interest income; third, business transformation, Fourth, organizational structure transformation, building flat organizational structure.
