中国科技贷款三十年:演进规律与政策建议

【摘要】：发轫于1980年的科技贷款已经走过30多年的历程。本文回顾了科技贷款发展历程,将其分为五个阶段,分析了其演进规律,认为这一历程的演进受金融环境及科技环境的变化、市场化进程、政策支持和金融创新的驱动。此外,本文还分析了制约科技贷款发展的主要问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The science and technology loan, which started in 1980, has gone through more than 30 years. This paper reviews the development course of science and technology loan, divides it into five stages, analyzes its evolution law, and thinks that the evolution of this process is influenced by the change of financial environment and science and technology environment. In addition, this paper analyzes the main problems that restrict the development of science and technology loan, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
