澳大利亚学界亚投行研究述评

【摘要】：自中国倡议成立亚洲基础设施投资银行以来,亚投行便成为澳大利亚学界关注和研究的重要议题。澳学者认为亚投行的成立既是亚洲基础设施建设存在巨额融资需求而现有投资无法满足的客观之需,也是中国对现今国际金融机构改革迟缓表达不满、重塑地区秩序的一种主观能动。亚投行具有多重影响且拥有广阔的发展空间,也面临着很多问题、风险和挑战,澳学者就如何建设好亚投行并使其保持良好运转提出了诸多建议。此外,澳政府的亚投行应对之策广受批评,这也引发了澳学界关于如何正确应对中国崛起的反思。
[Abstract]:Since China initiated the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, The AIIB has become an important topic of concern and research in the Australian academic community. Australian scholars believe that the establishment of the AIIB is an objective need for Asian infrastructure construction with huge financing needs that cannot be met by existing investment. It is also a subjective initiative for China to express its dissatisfaction with the slow reform of the international financial institutions and to reshape the regional order. The AIIB has many influences and broad space for development, and it also faces many problems, risks and challenges. Australian academics have made suggestions on how to build the AIIB and keep it running well. In addition, the Australian government's response to the AIIB has been widely criticized, which has triggered a rethink among Australian academics on how to properly deal with the rise of China.
