【摘要】：正一、广西利用外资存在的问题(一)外资来源渠道较少。根据商务厅对2011年广西利用外资的数据统计,2011年年末广西实际利用外资数101 381万美元,比2010年年未增长11.2%,批准项目数也同步增长。从资金来源的渠道上看广西外资的来源地主要以亚洲地区为主,尽管也有来自英、法、美等欧美国家的投资,但资金数额很小,占全区总投资额仅为2%左右。从实际利用外资的数额上看,排前五位的国家、地区或公司是:香港、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、英属维尔京群岛和投资性公司投
[Abstract]:First, the problems existing in the utilization of foreign capital in Guangxi (1) the sources of foreign investment are relatively few. According to the statistics of the Department of Commerce on the utilization of foreign capital in Guangxi in 2011, the actual amount of foreign capital utilized by Guangxi at the end of 2011 was one billion thirteen million eight hundred and ten thousand US dollars. Compared with 2010, the number of projects approved has also increased at the same time. From the sources of funds, the sources of foreign investment in Guangxi are mainly from the Asian region. Although there are also investments from Britain, France, the United States, and other European and American countries, the amount of capital is very small. The total investment in the region is only about 2%. In terms of the amount of foreign capital actually utilized, the top five countries, regions or companies are: Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, the British Virgin Islands and investment companies.
