互联网下的商业银行危机对策研究

【摘要】:本文希望通过借鉴西方发达国家商业银行危机管理的经验,结合我国的国情,对我国商业银行的危机管理进行系统深入的研究,找出互联网下,我国商业银行的危机管理的特征,分析互联网下商业银行危机管理存在的问题,提出互联网下我国商业银行的危机管理的对策和建议,为我国商业银行的内部风险管理提供借鉴,防范于未然。从而为我国政府对商业银行进行危机管理提供方法,为我国商业银行的内部风险管理提供借鉴。 全文共分为五个部分: 第一部分是前言。观点是互联网下的信息传播,在速度上有了质的飞越,在广度上有了量的提高。我们获取信息的途径变得更方便、快捷、多元化。人们以网络为载体同其他的人进行交流和沟通,可以将自己的身份与特质虚拟成一个绝对不同于现实生活中的人,互联网下群体性事件也就具有不真实的虚拟成分,但它所影响的效果却实际存在,让我们必须正确面对它。媒体在人们日常生活中的作用也日渐突出。危机管理是指组织为应付各种危机情况而进行的信息收集、信息分析、问题决策、计划制订、措施制定、化解处理、动态调整、经验总结和自我诊断的全过程。它通过捕获及时准确的信息为决策提供依据,能更好控制危机的进一步恶化。 第二部分主要介绍了商业银行危机管理相关理论,提出了我国商业银行危机因素的分析,并阐述了我国商业银行危机管理存在的问题。进一步说明了我国商业银行亟需解决这些问题,也就是加强商业银行风险管理的必要性。在这种背景下,要求领导者时刻树立危机防范意识,提高危机处理的能力。能够在危机事件爆发时临危不惧、从容应对,迅速启动应急预案并能始终掌控全局,把危机有效地转变为工作的转机。 第三部分是互联网下商业银行危机因素分析。主要阐明了互联网时代商业银行危机的传播特征、危机生态理论与银行可持续发展理论以及网络环境给银行带来的影响,使阅读的人可以了解商业银行危机的传播具有哪些特征;全球经济一体化的格局已经形成,加快了我国银行商业化的转轨速度,加之外资银行的进入,以及民营银行的参与,整个金融业呈现出多元化的竞争格局,促使国内金融市场的竞争更加激烈。商业银行经营能力和风险管理能力决定了商业银行的成败,能否尽快提高风险管理水平,降低风险,实现健康发展,是摆在商业银行面前的-个严峻课题。 第四部分则是从改善商业银行风险管理的结构入手,通过实证分析并根据前文提出的问题来逐步解决这些问题,在商业银行的组织体系上进行完善,并建立相应的制度以及构建基础设施,并针对本文所提出的问题探求解决问题的主要对策。 本文阐明了商业银行危机管理的来源、危机管理系统框架以及危机管理所遵循的基本原则,说明商业银行危机管理的结构;加强商业银行危机管理的必要性;结合网络环境特征,提出提高商业银行危机管理认识,加强商业银行危机防控能力,增强我国商业银行抗危机能力,加强商业银行风险管理,规范商业银行网上银行发展等解决问题的对策。
[Abstract]:This article hopes to learn from the crisis of western commercial bank management experience of developed countries, combined with China's national conditions, in-depth study of the system of crisis management of China's commercial banks, find out the Internet, the characteristics of crisis management of China's commercial banks, commercial banks in crisis management analysis under Internet problems, put forward countermeasures and suggestions the crisis management of China's commercial banks to the Internet, to provide a reference for the internal risk management of commercial banks in China, so as to provide preventive measures. Methods for our government crisis management of commercial banks, to provide a reference for the internal risk management of commercial banks in China.
The full text is divided into five parts:
The first part is the preface. The view is the dissemination of information under the Internet, the speed has been a qualitative leap, the amount of the increase in breadth. The way that we get information more convenient, fast and diversified. People take the network as the carrier to communicate with other people, the virtual identity and their qualities as an absolute different from the real life of people, the Internet group events has virtual components not true, but its effect is real, so we must face it correctly. The role of the media in people's daily life has become increasingly prominent. Crisis management refers to the collection of information the organization, in order to cope with the various crisis situations of information analysis, decision-making, planning, formulate measures, resolve processing, dynamic adjustment, experience and self diagnosis of the whole process. It can capture timely and accurate information To provide a basis for decision-making and to better control the further deterioration of the crisis.
The second part mainly introduces crisis management theory of commercial banks, the analysis of China's commercial banking crisis factors, and expounds the existing crisis management problems of commercial banks in China. Further shows that China's commercial banks need to solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of commercial banks. In this context, the leader constantly raising the awareness of crisis prevention, improve the ability to deal with a crisis. To Linweibuju, in the event of a crisis erupted when take time for, quickly launched the emergency plan and can always control the situation, the crisis effectively into the work of the turnaround.
The third part is the analysis of factors of commercial bank crisis under the Internet. Mainly expounds the propagation characteristics of the Internet Era Commercial bank crisis, the crisis of ecological theory and sustainable development theory and the network bank brought to the bank, so that people can understand the reading spread of commercial bank crisis with what characteristics; the pattern of global economic integration has been formed. To speed up China's commercial banks in the transition speed, combined with the entry of foreign banks, and the participation of private banks, the financial industry presents a diversified pattern of competition, the domestic financial market more competitive. Commercial banks ability in operation and risk management of commercial bank determines the success or failure, can improve the level of risk management as soon as possible. To reduce the risk, to achieve healthy development, is placed in front of the commercial banks - a serious issue.
The fourth part is starting from the structure to improve the risk management of commercial banks, through the empirical analysis, and according to the above questions to gradually solve these problems, improve the commercial bank organization system, and set up a corresponding system and the construction of infrastructure, the main problems and seek countermeasures for this problem.
This paper expounds the source of crisis management in commercial banks, the crisis management system frame and basic principles of crisis management, crisis management shows the structure of commercial banks; the necessity to strengthen the crisis management of commercial banks; combined with the network environment, put forward to improve the commercial bank crisis management awareness, strengthening the commercial bank crisis prevention and control capacity, enhance China's the commercial bank anti crisis ability, strengthen the risk management of commercial banks, commercial banks and other norms of Internet banking development strategies to solve the problem.
