【摘要】：我国的信托产业发展历经坎坷。ZJ信托公司真正意义的发展是从2004年开始的，短短十年时间，公司获得了飞速发展，取得了令人瞩目的业绩。在公司对信托行业的业务定位、运行机制等发展要素进行不断地探索过程中，积累许多宝贵的经验，，也成为公司进一步发展的财富。作为与时代共命运的一家典型地方性国有企业，ZJ信托公司成长是信托行业发展的缩影，对其进行发展战略研究是，于企业于行业都有一定的参考和借鉴意义。本文以ZJ信托公司为研究案例，运用发展战略理论、竞争理论等为理论基础，结合公司的发展现状以及实际情况，运用SWOT方法对公司的外部环境和内部因素进行了战略组合分析，并提出ZJ战略选择和制定的对策及实施中如何进行有效的战略管理控制，并采取相应措施以保障战略实施的顺利进行。全文共分六章，从行文结构上主要分为：第1章导论部分，主要包括研究背景和意义、研究思路、主要内容及研究方法；第2章为发展战略理论综述，主要对基本概念进行界定，并回顾了发展战略理论的演变、波特的完整战略模型以及发展战略的关键要素、SWOT分析理论；第3章介绍了ZJ信托公司的发展现状及存在的问题；第4章运用SWOT分析方法对ZJ信托公司内外部环境进行战略分析，提出战略选择及制定的对策；第5章针对ZJ信托公司的战略实施进行战略控制及采取的措施；第6章对全文进行了总结，并对未来信托行业发展战略研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:The development of trust industry in our country has experienced the development of bumpy. ZJ trust company since 2004. In a short period of ten years, the company has achieved rapid development and achieved remarkable results. During the continuous exploration of development elements such as operational mechanisms, many valuable experiences have been accumulated. As a typical local state-owned enterprise, the growth of ZJ Trust Company is the epitome of the development of the trust industry. Enterprises in the industry have a certain reference and reference significance. In this paper, ZJ Trust Company as a case study, the use of development strategy theory, competition theory as the theoretical basis, combined with the development of the company's current situation and the actual situation, This paper analyzes the external environment and internal factors of the company by using SWOT method, and puts forward the strategy selection and formulation of ZJ, and how to carry out effective strategic management and control in the implementation. And take corresponding measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy. The full text is divided into six chapters, mainly divided into: chapter 1 introduction, including the research background and significance, research ideas, main content and research methods; chapter 2 is a review of the development strategy theory. It mainly defines the basic concepts and reviews the evolution of the development strategy theory, Porter's complete strategic model and SWOT analysis theory, the third chapter introduces the development status and existing problems of ZJ Trust Company. Chapter 4 uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of ZJ Trust Company, and puts forward the strategic choice and countermeasures, the fifth chapter carries out strategic control and measures for the implementation of ZJ Trust Company's strategy. Chapter 6 summarizes the full text and looks forward to the development strategy of trust industry in the future.
