【摘要】：正这一创新成为有效推进金融支农工作、破解农村金融瓶颈难题的重要切入点,在我国众多地区开展的农村信用体系建设中形成独具特色的"丽水模式"2012年3月,中国人民银行和浙江省政府联合发文决定在浙江丽水开展农村金融改革试点,这一区域选择主要是因为丽水地区在农村金融改革方面已经开展了诸多创新探索,有了一定的农村金融改革创新工作的经验积
