榆林市农村金融可持续发展对策研究

【摘要】：农村金融可持续发展的实现需要农村金融机构可持续发展和农村金融体制机制改革发展的推动，农村金融机构是农村金融产品和服务的主要供给者之一，是农村金融体系的重要组成元素之一，是农村经济个体或组织融资信贷的对象之一，对农村金融、经济稳定发展起着较为关键的作用。近年来，受益于国有银行上市的启发和农村地区金融市场准入政策的变化，一些创新型的农村金融组织应运而生。随着“三农”问题受到自上而下的高度重视，农村金融体制的改革、农村金融机构运行机制的改革也受到各级政府的密切关注。本文探索榆林市农村金融可持续发展问题主要从榆林市各个县区的农村金融机构和现行的农村金融机制体制入手，，根据收集到的农村金融机构数据资料来观察总结榆林市农村金融的特点，最终归纳出农村金融走向可持续发展的路子。本文主要包括五个部分：第一部分主要介绍研究的背景、目的和意义，研究的方法思路以及论文的框架路线，并概括国内外的相关研究的思路成果；第二部分搭建农村金融发展问题的理论基础，包括农村金融协同农村金融机构的基本理论、农村金融体制机制的相关理论和可持续发展的实现方法理论；第三部分回顾榆林市农村金融发展的历史，阐述农村金融机构和体制机制的发展现状，并用辩证的观点解析农村金融和农村经济之间的发展关系，实证分析研究农村金融的可持续发展有助于榆林市农村社会经济的发展；第四部分分析农村金融领域存在的问题和问题显现的原因；第五部分对榆林市农村金融迈向可持续发展的道路提出合理的思考建议和对策。
[Abstract]:The realization of the sustainable development of rural finance needs the promotion of the sustainable development of rural financial institutions and the reform and development of rural financial system. Rural financial institutions are one of the main suppliers of rural financial products and services. Is one of the important elements of the rural financial system, is one of the objects of individual or organization financing credit in rural economy, and plays a more important role in the stable development of rural finance and economy. In recent years, Inspired by the listing of state-owned banks and the changes of financial market access policies in rural areas, some innovative rural financial organizations have emerged. With the "three rural" issues being highly valued from top to bottom, the rural financial system has been reformed. The reform of the operating mechanism of rural financial institutions has also been paid close attention to by the governments at all levels. This paper explores the sustainable development of rural finance in Yulin City, starting with the rural financial institutions in various counties and districts of Yulin City and the current rural financial mechanism system. Based on the collected data of rural financial institutions, the characteristics of rural finance in Yulin City are observed and summarized. Finally, the path of rural finance towards sustainable development is summed up. This paper mainly includes five parts: the first part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, research methods and the framework of the route of the paper, and summarizes the domestic and foreign related research ideas; The second part sets up the theoretical basis of rural financial development, including the basic theory of rural financial coordination rural financial institutions, rural financial system mechanism and the realization of sustainable development theory; The third part reviews the history of the development of rural finance in Yulin City, expounds the current situation of the development of rural financial institutions and institutional mechanisms, and analyzes the development relationship between rural finance and rural economy from a dialectical point of view. Empirical analysis of the sustainable development of rural finance is conducive to the development of rural social and economic development in Yulin; 4th part of the analysis of rural financial problems and the causes of problems; In the 5th part, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to the sustainable development of the rural finance in Yulin.
