日元国际化对人民币国际化的启示

【摘要】：随着一国在全球经济地位的提升，，该国必然要求实现本币国际化。另一方面，一国货币的国际化程度是该国经济在全球经济中地位的体现，拥有某种国际货币的发行权，对于一国经济的发展及其在世界经济中地位的提升具有重要意义。然而货币国际化是一个长期的过程，受多种因素影响，包括该国的经济实力、金融市场的自由化程度、国际国内经济金融环境以及国家政策等。二战后，日本经济崛起，一跃成为世界第二大经济体。为适应日本经济的高速发展以及获取日元国际化的收益，日本自20世纪60年代开始推行日元国际化。但经过半个世纪的发展，相比美元、欧元和英镑，日元在国际金融市场、国际贸易的交易中使用的比例仍是非常小的，并没有实现预期的国际化程度，其发展前景也并不明朗。但是，值得引起我们注意的是，日本通过推进日元国际化和开放其国内金融市场，在一定程度上形成了较为完善的金融体系，东京也发展成为了世界金融中心之一。因此，日元国际化进程中必然有值得其他货币国际化学习和借鉴的地方。当前，中国经济实力日益增强，为适应其在全球经济中地位和作用的不断提高，人民币的地位和作用也将随之发生变化，逐步成为国际货币。另外，美国次贷危机导致的全球金融危机引发了世界各国对美元信任的危机，美国经济的萧条与中国经济的高速发展形成了鲜明对比，人民币国际化问题引起了国内外决策层和理论界的高度关注。在一些地区，人民币已经成为占据重要地位的货币，但是，在中国，还存在着相当多的制约人民币国际化的因素。当前人民币国际化所面临的背景与20世纪日元国际化的背景有着许多相似之处。本文通过研究日元国际化的进程和现状分析出日元国际化受阻的原因，然后在分析人民币国际化的现状的基础上，从日元国际化的进程中得到一些启示，进而提出适合人民币国际化的对策。人民币国际化必将经历一个较长的时期，中国需要充分发挥其优势，改善其不利条件，为人民币国际化创造良好的国际和国内环境，并且借鉴日元国际化失败的经验教训，避免走上日元国际化失败的道路。
[Abstract]:With the rise of a country's position in the global economy, it is inevitable for a country to internationalize its own currency. On the other hand, the degree of internationalization of a country's currency is the embodiment of its economic status in the global economy, and it has the right to issue a certain international currency. It is of great significance for the development of a country's economy and its promotion in the world economy. However, the internationalization of currency is a long-term process, influenced by many factors, including the economic strength of the country and the degree of liberalization of the financial market. International and domestic economic and financial environment and national policies. After World War II, Japan's economy rose to become the world's second-largest economy. In 1960s, Japan began to internationalize the yen. But after half a century of development, the proportion of transactions used in international trade is still very small compared to the dollar, the euro and the pound, and the yen. The expected degree of internationalization has not been achieved, and the prospects for its development are not clear. However, what deserves our attention is that by promoting the internationalization of the yen and opening up its domestic financial markets, To a certain extent, Tokyo has developed into one of the world's financial centers. Therefore, in the process of internationalization of the yen, there must be places worthy of learning and learning from the internationalization of other currencies. China's economic strength is increasing day by day. In order to adapt to the continuous improvement of its position and role in the global economy, the status and role of the RMB will also change and gradually become an international currency. The global financial crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has triggered a crisis of trust in the US dollar by various countries in the world. The depression in the US economy is in sharp contrast to the rapid development of the Chinese economy. In some areas, RMB has become an important currency, but in China, there are still many factors restricting the internationalization of RMB. There are many similarities between the background of RMB internationalization and the background of yen internationalization in 20th century. This paper analyzes the reasons why yen internationalization is blocked by studying the process and current situation of yen internationalization. Then, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of RMB internationalization, it gets some enlightenment from the process of yen internationalization, and then puts forward some countermeasures suitable for RMB internationalization. China needs to give full play to its advantages, improve its unfavorable conditions, create a good international and domestic environment for the internationalization of the RMB, and learn from the experience and lessons of the failure of the yen internationalization, so as to avoid taking the path of the failure of the internationalization of the yen.
