南昌农商银行绩效管理研究

【摘要】:绩效管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,无论是企业经营战略的实现,还是企业管理现状的改善,都需要建立完整科学的员工绩效管理体系,商业银行也不例外。随着我国金融改革的不断深入和金融体系的日趋完善,面对更加开放的市场和更加激烈的竞争,商业银行必须切实加强绩效管理,并在此基础上形成有效的激励约束机制,引导经营行为,强化内部管理,提升竞争能力,提高经营效益,实现又好又快发展。 本文以《南昌农商银行绩效管理研究》为题,以江西省首家改制组建的农商银行——南昌农商银行为研究对象,,运用平衡计分卡(BSC)、目标管理法(MBO)、关键绩效指标(KPI)、360°考核法等现代绩效管理理论和方法,运用文献资料分析法、访谈研究法、问卷调查法、实例分析法、理论与实证相结合的方法等研究方法,对南昌农商银行绩效管理体系进行了系统研究。本文共分三个部分、七章。第一部分为导论和理论综述部分,导论提出了研究的背景与意义、路径与方法、创新与不足,理论综述分析了绩效、绩效管理、绩效管理方法等相关理论和银行绩效管理的目标、特征及影响因素、方法;第二部分为南昌农商银行现行绩效管理部分,介绍了南昌农商银行的基本情况及绩效管理的现状,总结绩效管理取得的成效,分析绩效管理过程中存在的问题及产生原因;第三部分为南昌农商银行绩效管理体系优化设计部分,运用现代绩效管理理论,结合南昌农商银行实际,优化设计一整套符合该行实际的绩效管理体系,提出绩效管理体系具体实施的保障措施,并最终得出结论。 本文提出基于平衡计分卡并综合运用关键绩效指标、360°考核等绩效管理理论的南昌农商银行绩效管理体系,不仅有利于提升该行绩效管理水平,更好地推动业务发展,同时对于其他农村商业银行绩效管理体系的优化设计和改革创新,具有一定的理论指导意义和参考借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Performance management is an important part of modern enterprise human resource management. Whether it is the realization of enterprise management strategy or the improvement of enterprise management, it is necessary to establish a complete and scientific employee performance management system. Commercial banks are no exception. With the deepening of financial reform and the improvement of financial system, commercial banks must strengthen performance management in the face of more open market and more fierce competition. On this basis, an effective incentive and restraint mechanism is formed to guide the management behavior, strengthen the internal management, enhance the competitive ability, improve the management efficiency, and realize good and rapid development. This paper takes the performance Management of Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank as the subject, and takes Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank, the first agricultural and commercial bank in Jiangxi Province, as the research object. Using modern performance management theories and methods such as balanced scorecard (BSCC), objective management method (MBOA), key performance index (KPIX) 360 掳assessment method, and using literature analysis, interview research, questionnaire survey, case analysis, etc. This paper is divided into three parts, seven chapters. The first part is the introduction and the theoretical summary. The introduction puts forward the background and significance of the research, path and method, innovation and insufficiency. The theory summarizes and analyzes the related theories, such as performance, performance management, performance management methods, and the objectives, characteristics, influencing factors and methods of bank performance management. The second part is the current performance management part of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank. It introduces the basic situation of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the current situation of performance management, summarizes the achievements of performance management, and analyzes the existing problems and causes in the process of performance management. The third part is the optimization design of the performance management system of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Using the modern performance management theory and combining with the actual situation of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the author optimizes and designs a set of performance management system in line with the actual situation of the bank. Put forward the concrete implementation of performance management system safeguard measures, and finally come to a conclusion. This paper puts forward a performance management system of Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank based on balanced scorecard and comprehensive application of performance management theory such as key performance index, such as 360 掳appraisal, which is not only helpful to improve the performance management level of the bank, but also to promote the business development better. At the same time for other rural commercial banks performance management system optimization design and reform and innovation, has a certain theoretical guidance and reference significance.
