【摘要】：近几年来，随着全球经济一体化进程的快速发展，供应链金融作为商业银行为适应企业供应链管理而提出的金融业务，使中小企业的信贷融资困境得到解决，企业可以更好的进行生产运营和资本运作，银行自身得到了新的利润增长点，第三方物流企业可寻求更多商机，实现了商业银行、供应链上企业以及物流企业三方共赢的局面。进入WTO以后，商业银行间的竞争不仅是国内的业务，国际间的业务竞争也异常激烈，商业银行一直在寻求新的利润增长点，，一直在探索扩大中小企业融资规模与服务的道路。本文以此为切入点，主要以国内供应链金融为背景，对国际供应链金融的实践案例进行分析，分别从国际供应链金融运行的条件、运行的模式和流程以及风险控制三个方面总结出国际供应链金融的理论框架。国际供应链金融，即以国际产业链为基础，以核心企业为中心，本文分别从业务的角度和组织的两个角度为核心企业及其上下游企业提供包含各种产品组合的金融服务。该项金融业务大大的降低了金融机构的资金风险，拓宽了业务，提高了利润增长点，增强了其创新能力，因此，对国内尝试拓宽业务的银行来说，是一条非常好的借鉴之路。此外，国际供应链金融很好的解决了国际贸易下中小企业的融资困难，对提升我国经济的竞争力和所在供应链的整体实力都有很大的作用。本文开篇介绍供应链金融的涵义及其优势，以国内供应链金融的现状为基础，分析国际贸易中供应链上各主体开展供应链金融业务的动因，阐述了开展国际供应链金融业务需要具备的平台、政策和法律环境的因素，重点研究供应链金融在国际贸易应用中的模式和流程，并归纳了应用国际供应链金融过程中遇到的风险和控制建议，在理论分析基础上，实践联系理论，提供了三个案例，并分别从业务角度和组织角度进行了分析，最后，本文对更好的开展国际供应链金融业务提供了建议，给出了一个创新性的信用评估系统。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of global economic integration, supply chain finance, as a financial business proposed by commercial banks to adapt to enterprise supply chain management, has solved the credit financing dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises. Enterprises can better carry on production operation and capital operation, banks themselves get new profit growth point, third party logistics enterprises can seek more business opportunities, realize the situation of commercial banks, supply chain enterprises and logistics enterprises win together. After entering WTO, the competition among commercial banks is not only the domestic business, but also the international business competition is extremely fierce. Commercial banks have been looking for new profit growth points. This paper takes this as the starting point, mainly takes the domestic supply chain finance as the background, carries on the analysis to the international supply chain finance practice case, The theoretical framework of international supply chain finance, which is based on international industry chain, is summarized from three aspects: the condition of international supply chain finance, the mode and process of operation and the risk control. Taking the core enterprise as the center, this paper provides financial services for the core enterprise and its upstream and downstream enterprises from the point of view of business and organization respectively. This financial business greatly reduces the financial risk of financial institutions. It broadens its business, improves its profit growth, and enhances its ability to innovate. Therefore, it is a very good way for domestic banks to try to expand their business. The international supply chain finance has solved the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises under the international trade very well, and has played a great role in improving the competitiveness of our economy and the overall strength of the supply chain. This paper introduces the meaning and advantages of supply chain finance. Based on the present situation of domestic supply chain finance, this paper analyzes the motivation of supply chain finance business in international trade. This paper expounds the factors of the platform, policy and legal environment needed to carry out the international supply chain finance business, and focuses on the mode and process of the supply chain finance application in the international trade. On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical connection theory, three cases are provided, which are analyzed from the point of view of business and organization. This paper provides some suggestions for developing international supply chain finance business, and gives an innovative credit evaluation system.
