农村信用社从业人员职业素养建设研究

【摘要】：2006年6月,中国银行业监督管理委员会颁布了《关于优化农村合作金融机构人力资源结构的指导意见》,为农村信用合作社的改革发展带来了新的发展机遇。山西信合人在探索中紧随时代脚步,不断进行创新,首次确立了“人才兴社”的战略思路,迈出了人力资源改革最坚实的一步。在省联社的统一领导下,各市县社农村信用合作社不断完善人员素养建设体制,不断优化人力资源结构,不断加强高层次、高素养复合型人才、核心人才队伍的建设,建立起了市场经济体制下的人员素养培养建设的有效的激励约束机制。本文第一部分为绪论部分主要介绍研究背景与意义、研究内容与方法,同时也对农村信用社和职业素养等概念进行相关阐述。第二部分主要介绍山西省农村信用社从业人员素养建设现状,分别从年龄组成、学历组成、业务技能、人力资源分布状况等方面进行详细分析。第三部分根据第二部分介绍的山西省农信社从业人员素养建设现状,从详细的数据中分析出现阶段人员素养建设中主要存在的问题。第四部分主要介绍在当代社会农村信用社工作人员应该具备哪些职业素养。第五部分为全文的最后一部分,主要是为山西省农村信用合作社人员素养建设过程提供一些合理化建议,更好的促进其今后的发展。
[Abstract]:June 2006, The China Banking Regulatory Commission issued the "guidance on optimizing the Human Resource structure of Rural Cooperative Financial institutions", which brings new development opportunities for the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives. Soho followed the footsteps of the times, Through continuous innovation, the strategic thinking of "revitalizing the society by talents" has been established for the first time, and the most solid step in the reform of human resources has been taken. Under the unified leadership of the provincial alliance, the cities, counties, and rural credit cooperatives have continuously improved their personnel literacy construction system. Constantly optimize the structure of human resources, constantly strengthen the construction of high-level, high-quality compound talent, core talent team, In the first part of this paper, the author mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the contents and methods of the research, and establishes an effective incentive and restraint mechanism for the cultivation and construction of personnel literacy under the market economy system. At the same time, the concepts of rural credit cooperatives and professional literacy are also expounded. The second part mainly introduces the present situation of the construction of the employees' literacy of rural credit cooperatives in Shanxi Province, respectively from the age composition, the composition of education, the professional skills, etc. In the third part, according to the present situation of Shanxi Rural Credit Cooperative employees' literacy construction introduced in the second part, From the detailed data, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the personnel literacy construction in the emergence stage. The fourth part mainly introduces what professional literacy should be possessed by the staff of the rural credit cooperatives in the contemporary society. The fifth part is the last part of the full text. It is mainly to provide some reasonable suggestions for the process of personnel literacy construction of rural credit cooperatives in Shanxi Province, so as to better promote its future development.
