新自由主义资本积累方式与国际金融危机

【摘要】：正自20世纪80年代以来,以金融体系崩溃为特征的世界性经济危机频繁爆发。值得关注的是,为何出现了一些国家的财富向发达国家金融垄断集团大规模转移现象?这反映出当代资本主义的资本积累方式(剥削掠夺方式)出现了何种新特征、新趋势?本文着重回溯新自由主义理论和政策在过去数十年中兴风作浪、重塑国际政治经济格局的历史,分析新自由主义全球资本积累方式与国际金融危机之间的密切关系,以及反抗新自由主义及其剥夺性积累的全球左翼政治运动的特征和前景。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980 s, the world economic crisis characterized by the collapse of the financial system has erupted frequently.It is worth paying attention to why there is a large-scale transfer of wealth from some countries to financial monopoly groups in developed countries.This reflects the capital accumulation of contemporary capitalism (exploitation and plunder mode) what new characteristics and new trends?This paper focuses on the retrospect of neoliberal theories and policies in the past decades, reshaping the history of international political and economic patterns, and analyzing the close relationship between neoliberal global capital accumulation and international financial crisis.And the characteristics and prospects of the global left-wing political movement against neoliberalism and its accumulation of deprivation.
