我国跨境资本流动监管:基于新兴经济体宏观审慎监管的国际借鉴

【摘要】：在当前经济金融全球化背景下,我国资本项目开放与人民币国际化进程稳步推进,跨境资本双向流动趋势愈发明显,对我国经济金融平稳运行产生的冲击和影响不容忽视,加强对跨境资本流动的宏观审慎监管确有必要。本文在对同样是新兴经济体的智利、韩国、巴西跨境资本流动的宏观审慎监管历史实践进行分析的基础上,借鉴其经验,得出我国如何完善跨境资本流动宏观审慎监管体系的重要启示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of current economic and financial globalization, the process of capital account opening and RMB internationalization is advancing steadily in China, and the trend of cross-border capital two-way flow becomes more and more obvious. The impact and influence on the smooth operation of economy and finance in China can not be ignored.It is necessary to strengthen macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows.Based on the analysis of the historical practice of macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows in Chile, South Korea and Brazil, which are also emerging economies, this paper draws lessons from its experience.The important enlightenment of how to perfect the macro-prudential supervision system of cross-border capital flow in China is obtained.
