第三方支付与银行的竞合关系研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的发展和电子设备的普及,电子商务也迅速发展起来。电子商务作为一种全新的营运模式,让网民足不出户就能购买到商品。电子商务因其便利性和丰富性日益受到网民的关注和使用。与此同时,网上支付行业也应运而生。网上支付主要分为两种形式:网上银行支付和第三方支付。网上银行是指通过网络平台,由银行开发应用的网上自助服务的新兴业务。第三方支付平台则是存在于资金使用者与银行之间的信息传递者,随着第三方支付平台的发展,其角色发生了一定变化,第三方支付平台不仅仅是在买方和卖方之间、资金使用者与银行之间传递信息,还充当了信用媒介,解决了买方和卖方之间信息不对称及收货时间所产生的交易障碍,从而促进了电子商务的发展,但是与网上银行相比,第三方支付尤其是一些实力不够的第三方支付平台的风险较高。两者在网上支付领域处于竞争状态,其反映的实质其实是第三方支付机构与银行业的竞争。在第三方支付兴起的最初,两者以合作为主,但是随着第三方支付的迅速发展和创新,两者表现出来的竞争引起了广泛关注。本文就是从客户选择偏好出发,分析第三方支付和网上银行的各自优劣势,从而提供两者发展的建议。 本文从第三方支付产业研究的背景、意义入手,探讨了国内外关于两者竞合关系研究的现状。介绍了第三方支付及网上银行的概念,梳理了发展的脉络以及模式种类等问题,运用SWOT分析法总结了第三方与银行在电子支付市场的优劣势。通过问卷调查的方式对第三方支付与网上银行的个人用户进行实证分析,,再根据问卷调查的结果探讨了网上银行和第三方支付的矛盾与冲突。基于问卷的数据,通过两者共同的影响因素分析两者的竞争情况,根据两者独特的影响因素分析两者的合作情况,并运用博弈论分析了两者合作的必要性,最后给出了优化第三方支付与银行的竞合关系的政策建议。 通过研究,本文得出结论:银行业应加快改革创新的步伐,意识到了危机就应当正确应对。在电子商务高速发展的背景下,无论银行还是第三方支付都应当把握机遇,加速自身的发展,尽管两者的竞争无法避免,但是仍然可以通过合理划分业务,共同做大蛋糕,这才是对双方最有利的选择。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the popularity of electronic equipment, electronic commerce has also developed rapidly. E-commerce as a brand-new business model, so that Internet users can buy goods without leaving home. E-commerce is paid more and more attention by Internet users because of its convenience and richness. At the same time, online payment industry also came into being. Online payment is mainly divided into two forms: online banking payment and third party payment. E-bank is a new business of self-service on-line which is developed and applied by bank through network platform. The third party payment platform is the information transmission between the fund user and the bank. With the development of the third party payment platform, its role has changed, and the third party payment platform is not only between the buyer and the seller. The transmission of information between the users of funds and the banks also acts as a credit medium, which solves the transaction obstacles caused by the asymmetric information between buyers and sellers and the time of receipt of goods, thus promoting the development of electronic commerce, but compared with online banks, Third-party payment, especially some of the strength of the third-party payment platform higher risk. Both of them are competitive in the field of online payment, which reflects the competition between the third party payment institution and the banking industry. At the beginning of the rise of third-party payment, the cooperation was the main factor, but with the rapid development and innovation of third-party payment, the competition between the two attracted wide attention. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of third-party payment and online banking, and provides suggestions for their development. Based on the background and significance of the research on third-party payment industry, this paper discusses the present situation of the research on the relationship between the two at home and abroad. This paper introduces the concepts of third-party payment and online banking, combs the development context and the types of models, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of third-party payment and bank in the electronic payment market by using SWOT analysis method. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the personal users of third-party payment and online banking by means of questionnaire, and then discusses the contradictions and conflicts between online bank and third-party payment according to the results of the questionnaire. Based on the data of the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the competition between the two countries through their common influencing factors, analyzes their cooperation situation according to their unique influencing factors, and analyzes the necessity of their cooperation by using game theory. Finally, the policy suggestions of optimizing the competing relationship between third party payment and bank are given. This paper concludes that the banking industry should speed up the pace of reform and innovation, realize that the crisis should be dealt with correctly. Under the background of the rapid development of electronic commerce, both banks and third parties should seize the opportunity to accelerate their own development. Although the competition between the two can not be avoided, they can still make a big cake through the rational division of business. This is the best choice for both sides.
