上海市金融产业发展布局及优化研究

【摘要】：金融业作为现代服务业的核心部门,在现代经济中的作用日益重要。互联网和信息技术的高速发展,使得金融资源和信息跨区间流动更加频繁和高效,但这并不意味着地理空间和距离的消失,地理因素在金融景观的形成中仍然发挥着重要作用。从国际来看,目前已形成以“纽约-东京-伦敦”为金三角的国际金融中心体系；从国内来看,上海金融中心地位正受到北京、深圳等城市的挑战。面对新兴经济体金融业的异军突起,上海建设国际金融中心迎来了全球金融中心重新洗牌的机遇和挑战。在此背景下,对上海市金融产业的研究就显得十分必要。本文在描述上海市金融产业发展现状的基础上,从上海市近年来具代表性的金融发展规划入手,研究当前的金融产业布局,并将其置于国内外金融发展环境之中,找寻可能存在的问题,并尝试提出优化的路径。文章共分为三个部分：首先是本文的立论依据和理论基础,分列第一二章。第一章主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义和研究思路。第二章从金融地理学和区域经济学的视角,梳理了国内外关于区域金融、金融业区位、金融业空间布局等方面的研究内容。其次是本文的主体部分,分列第三四五六章。第三章从金融市场、金融发展环境以及金融业的经济驱动效应等方面,分析上海市金融业发展现状。第四章从近年上海市金融业最具纲领性的规划文件入手,运用地理学空间分析方法,对上海市金融业发展的空间格局进行分析,研究表明上海市金融业总体呈现“核心—外围”空间格局,而各类型金融机构空间格局则呈现个性化特征。此外,全市范围内金融资源“大集聚,小分散”的格局与市政府的规划意愿出现了偏差。第五章将上海市金融业分别置于全国和全市范围内,分析其面临的内外环境。研究表明,当前上海市金融业发展受到国内来自以北京、深圳为代表的经济中心城市的挑战,市内各区县本应形成金融发展合力,加大对国内外金融资源的吸引力,但事实上,各区县以规划为依据,产生对上海市内有限的金融资源的争夺,使上海市金融业发展面临“内外交困”的局面,对其空间布局进行优化成为上海市金融业发展的必然选择。为此,第六章尝试给出上海市金融产业发展布局优化的实施路径,以期为上海市金融中心建设提供一些政策参考。最后是本文的结论和展望。重点梳理了文章的主要结论,对于空间布局研究和实地调查方面的不足之处,希望在今后的研究中加以完善。
[Abstract]:As the core sector of modern service industry, financial industry plays an increasingly important role in modern economy. With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, financial resources and information flow between regions more frequently and efficiently, but this does not mean the disappearance of geographical space and distance, geographical factors still play an important role in the formation of financial landscape. Internationally, an international financial center system with "New York, Tokyo and London" as the golden triangle has been formed. At home, the status of Shanghai as a financial center is being challenged by Beijing, Shenzhen and other cities. In the face of the sudden emergence of the financial industry of emerging economies, Shanghai's construction of an international financial center has ushered in the opportunity and challenge of reshuffling the global financial center. In this context, the study of Shanghai's financial industry is very necessary. On the basis of describing the current situation of financial industry development in Shanghai, this paper begins with the representative financial development plan of Shanghai in recent years, studies the current financial industry layout, and puts it in the financial development environment at home and abroad. Look for possible problems and try to propose optimized paths. The article is divided into three parts: The first part is the theoretical basis and theoretical basis of this paper, which is divided into two chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research significance and research ideas. From the perspective of financial geography and regional economics, the second chapter combs the research contents of regional finance, financial industry location, financial industry spatial distribution and so on at home and abroad. The second part is the main part of this paper, divided into three-five-six chapters. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Shanghai's financial development from the aspects of financial market, financial development environment and the economic driving effect of financial industry. The fourth chapter starts with the most programmatic planning documents of Shanghai's financial industry in recent years, and analyzes the spatial pattern of the development of Shanghai's financial industry by using the method of geographical spatial analysis. The research shows that the financial industry of Shanghai presents a "core-periphery" spatial pattern in general, while the spatial pattern of various types of financial institutions presents individualized characteristics. In addition, the citywide financial resources "big agglomeration, small dispersion" pattern and the city government's planning will appear deviation. Chapter five analyzes the internal and external environment of Shanghai financial industry in the whole country and the whole city. The research shows that the current development of Shanghai's financial industry is challenged by the domestic economic center cities, such as Beijing and Shenzhen. All districts and counties in the city should form a joint effort of financial development and increase their attractiveness to financial resources at home and abroad, but in fact, On the basis of planning, all districts and counties compete for limited financial resources in Shanghai, which makes the development of Shanghai's financial industry face the situation of "internal and diplomatic difficulties". Optimizing its spatial layout has become an inevitable choice for the development of Shanghai's financial industry. For this reason, the sixth chapter attempts to give the implementation path of optimizing the development layout of Shanghai financial industry, in order to provide some policy references for the construction of Shanghai financial center. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the deficiencies of spatial layout research and field investigation are discussed in this paper, which is expected to be perfected in the future research.
