【摘要】：在知识经济时代,版权金融成为版权经济的核心,它的发展对版权经济的发展乃至整个国民经济发展都会起到重要的促进和推动作用。版权金融发展的关键是实现金融和版权的全面对接,但目前我国版权价值评估难、投资风险大,版权评估体系不健全,版权金融机构组成单一,资本市场发展不平衡等问题,阻碍了金融和版权的对接,制约着我国版权金融的发展。因此,必须加强政府在发展版权金融中的引导作用,搭建更广阔的版权金融服务平台,尽快建立和完善版权金融机构体系、版权评估体系和金融调控机制,同时加强版权金融相关理论的研究和版权金融专业人才的培养,为我国版权金融的长远发展提供理论支撑和后备力量。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, copyright finance has become the core of copyright economy, and its development will play an important role in promoting and promoting the development of copyright economy as well as the whole national economy. The key to the development of copyright finance is to realize the comprehensive docking of finance and copyright. However, at present, it is difficult to evaluate the value of copyright, the investment risk is large, the system of copyright evaluation is not perfect, the composition of copyright financial institutions is single, and the development of capital market is not balanced, etc. It hinders the docking of finance and copyright, and restricts the development of copyright finance in China. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government in the development of copyright finance, build a broader copyright financial service platform, and establish and improve the copyright financial institution system, copyright evaluation system and financial regulation and control mechanism as soon as possible. At the same time, we should strengthen the research of copyright finance related theories and train the professional talents of copyright finance to provide theoretical support and reserve force for the long-term development of copyright finance in China.
