中国对蒙古直接投资的绩效研究

【摘要】：中国、俄罗斯、和意大利是蒙古的主要贸易国。根据ING International Trade Study, Developments in global trade:from1995to2017的预期,估计到2017年,这三国会占蒙古出口份额的99%,现在主要的矿石和金属产品、燃料和纺织品的进口国是中国。近些年来,中国加大了对蒙古国的投资,尤其是在矿藏领域,虽然中国的自然资源相对丰富,但是能源利用率不高和需求消耗量逐年增多,使得中国开始转向向外国进口能源。而蒙古国的矿藏储量巨大,目前并没有进行大规模开采。中国是蒙古的邻国,无论进行贸易还是投资都具有邻国优势。中国一直在扩大对蒙古的投资规模,就近年来的情形看,中国企业在蒙古矿产投资中获得了巨大的收益,但与此同时,投资国与被投资国之间出现越来越多的摩擦问题,投资阻碍不断增多,由于蒙古国投资环境并不十分稳定,政策变化莫测,加上投资国有些企业投资之前并没有对投资风险做科学合理的评估,很多中国企业被迫退出蒙古市场。这篇论文的核心宗旨是研究中国对蒙古的投资效应问题,重点分析的是矿产开发领域,这对中国两国的经济合作有重要的现实意义。同时,对研究发展中国家对外投资理论上,提供了更多的数据支持和理论支持,对其他发展中国家对外投资具有借鉴意义。为了尽可能减少数据上的误差问题,本文参阅的数据源有《国际统计年鉴》和世界银行网站、蒙古国工商网站、OECD等国际组织数据是这篇论文数据的主要出处,同时也参考了网络新闻等信息资源。论文首先介绍了研究目的和意义,然后从具体的投资方面,详细介绍蒙中直接投资的发展历史、发展现状以及存在的现实问题,蒙古国的自然资源情况和矿产投资情况,然后通过分析客观数据,进而来评估中国对蒙古的投资效益,最后提出对应的合理化建议。
[Abstract]:China, Russia, and Italy are the main trading nations of Mongolia. According to the ING International Trade Study, Developments in global trade:from1995to2017, the three countries are expected to account for 99 percent of Mongolia's exports by 2017, and China is now the main importer of minerals and metals, fuels and textiles. In recent years, China has increased its investment in Mongolia, especially in mineral deposits. Although China is relatively rich in natural resources, energy efficiency is low and demand is increasing year by year. Mongolia's mineral reserves are huge, and there is no large-scale exploitation at present. China is Mongolia's neighbor, whether in trade or investment has the advantage of neighboring countries. China has been expanding its investment in Mongolia. Looking at the situation in recent years, Chinese enterprises have made huge profits in Mongolia's mineral investment, but at the same time, there are more and more friction problems between the investment countries and the invested countries. As the investment environment in Mongolia is not very stable and the policy is unpredictable, and some enterprises in investment countries do not make scientific and reasonable assessment of investment risk before investing, many Chinese enterprises are forced to withdraw from the Mongolian market. The core purpose of this paper is to study the effect of China's investment in Mongolia, focusing on the field of mineral exploitation, which is of great practical significance to the economic cooperation between China and Mongolia. At the same time, it provides more data and theoretical support for the study of developing countries' foreign investment theory, which has reference significance to other developing countries' foreign investment. In order to minimize the errors in the data, the data sources in this paper are the International Statistical Yearbook and the World Bank website. The data of international organizations such as the Mongolia Business website and OECD are the main sources of the data in this paper. At the same time also referred to the network news and other information resources. The paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the research, and then from the specific aspects of investment, describes in detail the history of Mongolian direct investment in China, the development of the current situation and existing practical problems, Mongolia's natural resources and mineral investment situation. Then, by analyzing the objective data, the paper evaluates the benefit of China's investment in Mongolia, and finally puts forward the corresponding rationalization suggestions.
