【摘要】：本文回顾总结了日本中小企业金融发展的历史与经验,并在对浙江省三个中小企业较发达地区进行实地考察的基础上分析了中国中小企业金融发展的现状,并对正在展开的中国中小企业金融改革提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews and summarizes the history and experience of the financial development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan, and analyzes the present situation of the financial development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China on the basis of a field study of three more developed regions of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province. And put forward the policy suggestion to the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise financial reform that is being carried out.
