从温州对外直接投资看民营企业国际化问题

【摘要】：民营企业发展及其走向国际化是我国未来企业发展的重要路径选择。近年来，温州企业在走向世界市场的过程中，逐渐由原有家庭化、小商品的经营模式和产品交易结构，向“经营方式专业化，生产要素市场化，服务环节社会化”的方向发展，被商务部定位为“走出去”的“温州模式”。 2012年3月，国务院批准设立了温州金融综合改革试验区，提出了温州金融改革十二项重点任务，其中明确提出要研究开展个人境外直接投资试点，，探索建立规范便捷的直接投资渠道，这不仅为温州民营企业对外直接投资提供了政策方面的支持，而且将以“以金融促外贸”的形式助推当地企业国际化进程，更加意味着温州民营企业承担起了对外直接投资先试先行的重任。另外，在2014年3月召开的十二届全国人大二次会议中，加强建设开放型的经济体制，提高对外开放的层次和力度，培养我国企业在世界市场中新的竞争力和增长点，被写入政府工作报告。由此，也印证了温州民营企业对外直接投资意义的典型性、研究的重要性和理论与实践方面的价值性。本文以温州地区民营企业为研究对象，运用比较分析法、案例分析法以及动态分析法，研究温州民营企业“走出去”的经验和成功模式，分析其走向国际市场的战略和方法，总结归纳在此过程中存在的问题，结合温州地区的实际做法和国外的相关经验，在信息获取、服务体系、融资、华人华侨优势运用等方面提出改进建议及对策，并从个例分析延展至我国其他地区的民营企业，以期为中国的民营企业走向国际市场提供一定的理论支持。
[Abstract]:The development of private enterprises and its internationalization is an important path choice for the future development of enterprises in China. In recent years, in the process of entering the world market, Wenzhou enterprises have gradually developed from the original family, the management mode and the product trading structure of small commodities to the direction of "specialization of management mode, marketization of production factors and socialization of service links". By the Ministry of Commerce as "go out" of the "Wenzhou model." In March 2012, the State Council approved the establishment of a pilot zone for comprehensive financial reform in Wenzhou and put forward 12 key tasks for financial reform in Wenzhou. Exploring the establishment of standardized and convenient direct investment channels will not only provide policy support for Wenzhou private enterprises' outward direct investment, but will also promote the process of internationalization of local enterprises in the form of "promoting foreign trade through finance". More mean Wenzhou private enterprises to assume the task of foreign direct investment first trial-first task. In addition, at the second session of the 12th National people's Congress held in March 2014, we will strengthen the construction of an open economic system, raise the level and intensity of opening up, and train our enterprises to develop new competitiveness and growth points in the world market. This paper takes private enterprises in Wenzhou area as the research object, using comparative analysis, case analysis and dynamic analysis, to study the experience and successful mode of "going out" of Wenzhou private enterprises, and to analyze its strategy and methods to the international market. Summing up the existing problems in this process, combining the actual practices in Wenzhou and the relevant experience of foreign countries, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in the aspects of information acquisition, service system, financing, the use of the advantages of Chinese and overseas Chinese, and so on. It also analyzes the private enterprises in other regions of our country in order to provide some theoretical support for China's private enterprises to enter the international market.
