新支付格局下的银行卡商户收单业务发展趋势

【摘要】:自从2003“信用卡元年”发卡至今,中国信用卡业务进入了高速发展期,发卡规模迅速壮大,信用卡从曲高和寡到飞入寻常百姓家。信用卡产业的蓬勃发展离不开商户收单业务支付体系的迅速建立与完善,商户收单覆盖的行业领域越来越广,创新支付手段日新月异、层出不穷。银行卡商户收单市场的参与主体格局也由原有的以金融机构、银联商务为主,到急剧增加了250家拥有央行支付牌照的第三方机构,形成了新的支付格局,市场竞争日趋激烈。商业银行、银联和第三方支付机构形成了三足鼎立的局面,市场关系也由密切合作变为竞争与合作。本论文选择新支付格局下的银行卡商户收单业务发展趋势,与当前国内信用卡业务转型期有很好的结合度。主要工作有: 1.对国内、外银行卡商户收单业务的发展与现状进行分析,研究商户收单业务在支付结算领域对国民经济发展、社会信息化、诚信体系建设、增加税收、支持反洗钱等方面的作用。 2.对常用的数据挖掘分析方法进行了学习与研究,对数据挖掘发展的历程、主要步骤、采用的主要技术进行了深入了解;并在信用卡商户收单业务经营管理中的应用中进行了综合实证分析,用多元回归法分析了影响特惠商户促销活动的重要因素,针对特惠商户活动参与率进行建模分析应用处理,发现最佳信息精准渠道,创新性地提出了“特惠信息手机精准推送+移动支付合一的客户端”概念,建立了商户增值服务平台手机客户端功能应用模型。 3.面对激励的市场竞争,传统线下商户依然是收单市场竞争的重中之重,亟需做大规模产生效益。对收单商户行业市场进行了细分研究,提出优先选择的目标客户。对能够带来更高收益的分期付款商户、外卡收单商户、金融IC卡行业应用领域分别从不同的市场定位、持卡人消费行为偏好以及营销策略布局等方面进行了较为全面的分析,并提出发展策略。 4.互联网和移动支付等技术革新在支付领域的不断应用,极大带动了中国大众消费、支付习惯的革命性转变。本文对新兴的互联网金融商业模式、第三方支付的崛起、创新支付的应用、以及银行卡收单市场多方主体的竞合发展趋势进行了不同角度的分析,并提出发展策略。 5.提出当前国内商业银行打造商户收单业务的核心竞争力是创新支付模式,将物流、信息流与支付的资金流相结合,加大对互联网与移动支付业务的拓展,建立“非面对面”支付平台,快速拓展近场支付,应对金融脱媒,加快综合业务转型的前瞻性建议。
[Abstract]:Since the first year of credit card issuance in 2003, China's credit card business has entered a period of rapid development. The rapid development of credit card industry can not be separated from the rapid establishment and improvement of the payment system of the business order collection business. The business sector covers more and more fields, and the means of payment are changing with each passing day and emerge in endlessly. The main body pattern of the bank card merchants receiving orders market is also from the original financial institutions, UnionPay business as the main body, to a sharp increase of 250 third-party institutions with the central bank payment license, forming a new payment pattern, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Commercial banks, UnionPay and third-party payment organizations have formed a tripartite situation, and the market relationship has changed from close cooperation to competition and cooperation. This paper chooses the development trend of bank card business under the new payment pattern, which has a good combination with the current domestic credit card business transition period. The main tasks are: 1. This paper analyzes the development and present situation of bank card business in China and abroad, and studies the development of national economy, the construction of social informatization, the construction of credit system, and the increase of tax revenue in the field of payment and settlement. To support the role of anti-money laundering and other aspects. 2. The common methods of data mining analysis are studied, and the development course, main steps and main technologies of data mining are deeply understood. And in the application of the business management of credit card merchants receiving orders, this paper makes a comprehensive empirical analysis, analyzes the important factors that affect the promotion activities of the preferential merchants by using the multiple regression method, and analyzes the application of modeling, analysis and application of the participation rate of the preferential merchants. By finding the best accurate information channel, this paper creatively puts forward the concept of "client side of precise push mobile payment", and establishes the application model of mobile phone client function of merchant value-added service platform. 3. In the face of the incentive market competition, the traditional offline merchants are still the most important competition in the market of receiving orders, and it is urgent to produce benefits on a large scale. The market segment of order-receiving merchants is studied, and the target customers are put forward. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the installment merchants, the customers receiving orders with external cards and the application fields of financial IC card industry from different market positioning, consumer behavior preference and marketing strategy layout, etc. And put forward the development strategy. 4. The continuous application of technological innovations such as Internet and mobile payment in the field of payment has greatly promoted the revolutionary transformation of Chinese mass consumption and payment habits. This paper analyzes the emerging business model of Internet finance, the rise of third-party payment, the application of innovative payment, and the competing development trend of various parties in the bank card receipt market, and puts forward the development strategy. 5. It is put forward that the core competitiveness of domestic commercial banks to build the business order receiving business is to innovate payment mode, combine logistics, information flow and payment fund flow, and expand the business of Internet and mobile payment. Establish non-face-to-face payment platform, quickly expand near-field payments, deal with financial disintermediation, accelerate the integrated business transformation forward-looking recommendations.
