【摘要】：正随着我国主动融入经济全球化进程,开放型经济水平不断提升。通过不断创新利用外资政策、利用外资方式,推动体制机制改革,优化外商投资环境,2013—2014年我国利用外资仍然保持了良好稳健的发展态势,利用外资规模持续扩大、外资质量显著提高、外资结构更趋优化,外资在我国产业转型升级和区域协调发展中发挥的作用更加突出。一、我国利用外商直接投资的现状与特点
[Abstract]:With China's active integration into the process of economic globalization, the level of open economy is constantly improving. By constantly innovating the policy of utilizing foreign capital, using foreign capital, promoting the reform of system and mechanism, and optimizing the environment of foreign investment, China's utilization of foreign capital has maintained a good and steady development trend in 2013-2014, and the scale of utilizing foreign capital has continued to expand. The quality of foreign capital has been improved significantly, the structure of foreign capital has become more optimized, and the role of foreign capital has become more prominent in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading and regional coordinated development in China.
