网络时代商业银行服务模式创新研究

【摘要】:未来金融相关业务的发展将围绕大数据与移动化和云IT展开,商业银行更是如此。获益于新的数据与技术,互联网金融机构的客户覆盖率及业务效率将得到极大提升。拥有大数据与技术的公司将拥有更多的机会胜出,而这一切必定会重塑金融格局。 互联网金融与商业银行之间的相当的竞合关系,会全面搏击传统商业银行经营业务。以前的互联网金融是对商业银行业务的补充,是对金融服务空白的填补,然而其最大的潜力是它改变并培养了消费者网络金融的行为。互联网金融的威胁已经使各个商业银行坐立不安,除了改变传统的习惯性的经营理念之外,要适时适度的改进自己的服务内容和服务方式以及服务的渠道,以适应新时期下金融行为的转变,跨入互联网金融领域,抢夺金融市场的大蛋糕。 传统商业银行在长期经营过程中所发展起来的数量繁多的物理机构网点构成了行业壁垒,这个是其他新的金融服务提供商进入时最大的不足,因为物理网点意味着长期的客户积累、繁多的服务渠道以及深入人心的服务内容。但是,其分支机构的优势被网络银行的业务所削弱。不同于传统物理网点的时间和空间限制,在网络的服务处理中,一个自主的网站可以完成所有需求客户的对接,更重要的是其提供服务的时间是每天的24小时,传统银行的排队、工作时间才办公等等限制被网络新技术所打破,相反,随着地产业和服务业成本的上升,,传统的物理网点反而增加了银行的经营成本,唱衰传统物理网点的舆论也一度热烈。在网络的金融服务的冲击下,传统的银行的物理网点虽然得到了保存,但是其功能也逐渐发生了变化,银行的传统优势也在逐渐变化。 在新的形势下,商业银行应该逐步提高自身的金融服务能力,从服务模式创新着手,对自己在网络时代的发展蓝图中对自己进行新的规划和定位,挖掘已经积累的资源,在新的市场秩序下完善自己的服务内容,发掘新的服务渠道,建立新的服务模式,重新理顺与市场中其他金融服务提供者之间的关系,建立共赢的局面,在配合监管部门完成既有的要求之外,还要实现对准备金的管理和监督,同时提升规避风险的手段,才能在新的金融形势下与时俱进,保持业内领先地位。
[Abstract]:In the future, the development of financial related business will revolve around big data and mobile and cloud IT, especially commercial banks. Benefiting from new data and technology, Internet financial institutions' customer coverage and business efficiency will be greatly improved. Companies with big data and technology will have more opportunities to win, all of which will surely reshape the financial landscape. The former Internet finance is the supplement to the commercial bank business and the filling of the financial service gap. However, its greatest potential is that it has changed and cultivated the behavior of consumer network finance. The threat of Internet finance has made commercial banks restless. In addition to changing the traditional business philosophy, they should improve their service content, service methods and service channels in a timely and appropriate manner. In order to adapt to the change of financial behavior in the new period, step into the field of Internet finance, seize the big cake of financial market. This is the biggest weakness when other new financial service providers enter, because physical outlets mean long-term customer accumulation, a wide range of service channels and deeply rooted service content. However, the advantage of its branch office is weakened by the business of network bank. Unlike the time and space constraints of traditional physical sites, in the network of service processing, an autonomous website can complete all the needs of customers docking, more importantly, its service delivery time is 24 hours a day, Restrictions on queuing and working hours in traditional banks have been broken by new technologies on the Internet. On the contrary, as the costs of the real estate and service industries have risen, the traditional physical network has increased the operating costs of banks. Singing down the traditional physical network of public opinion was once enthusiastic. Under the impact of the financial services of the network, although the physical network of the traditional banks has been preserved, its functions have gradually changed, and the traditional advantages of the banks are also gradually changing. Commercial banks should gradually improve their financial service ability, start with the innovation of service mode, plan and position themselves in the blueprint of the network age, and excavate the accumulated resources. In the new market order, we should improve our service content, explore new service channels, establish new service models, rearrange the relationship with other financial service providers in the market, and establish a win-win situation. In order to keep pace with the new financial situation and keep the leading position in the new financial situation, it is necessary to realize the management and supervision of reserves and to enhance the means of avoiding risks in order to meet the existing requirements of regulatory authorities.
