基于N银行网点转型绩效的银行业组织变革案例研究

【摘要】:组织变革是为适应外部环境改变,以内部组织效能提升为目标的管理活动。外部环境的变化是组织变革的根本原因,企业自身战略发展的变化是企业组织变革的最强动力。面对激烈竞争环境,各大银行都将银行零售业务作为重要的战略基点,重点打造零售业务渠道,实施网点转型战略。作为银行网点转型的实践操作者,迫切需要通过科学有效的人力资源管理,提高员工绩效,进而提升组织的绩效。本文拟通过N银行省内网点软转型的绩效管理实施全过程为例,阐述网点绩效管理出现的问题,分析N银行网点绩效管理采取的计价积分绩效管理,进而提出具体解决方法和措施,为N银行网点绩效管理的推广实施找准方向,为基层人员的绩效管理提供实践参考。
[Abstract]:Organizational change is a management activity aimed at improving internal organizational effectiveness in order to adapt to the change of external environment. The change of external environment is the fundamental cause of organizational change, and the change of enterprise's own strategic development is the strongest motive force of organizational change. Facing the fierce competition environment, all the banks take the retail business as the important strategic base point, focus on creating the retail business channel and implementing the transformation strategy of the network. As the practical operator of bank network transformation, it is urgent to improve employee performance and organizational performance through scientific and effective human resource management. Through the whole process of implementing the performance management of the soft transformation of the network in N bank, this paper expounds the problems of the network performance management, and analyzes the valuation integral performance management adopted by the network performance management of N bank. Then the concrete solutions and measures are put forward to find the right direction for the promotion and implementation of the performance management of N bank outlets and to provide practical reference for the performance management of grass-roots personnel.
