我国商业银行发展银行卡业务的对策研究

【摘要】:银行卡作为21世纪一种集消费、结算、信贷、理财等众多衍生产品为一体的综合性金融产品,是传统金融业务与现代网络信息技术相结合的产物,也是马克思所揭示的货币发展进程中的必然结果。银行卡业务已成为当今经济最具影响力的业务之一。以美国为代表的银行卡业务以迅雷不及掩耳之势高速发展,逐渐走向成熟。而中国自上世纪80年代发行第一张中行卡以来,虽经历了30多年的快速发展,显现出年发卡量大幅增长、受理市场不断扩大、渗透率不断加深、交易额不断增长、产业链不断延伸等特点,但就整个产业体系来讲,仍处于导入期向成长期转换的阶段,规模及整体竞争力比较弱小,离成熟产业经营环境存在较大差距。 中国的金融市场完全开放后,国内大部分银行都与VISA、MASTER等信用卡组织有着双币合作。一方面使得银行卡市场结构复杂化,另一方面影响银行卡业务的拓展。因此,及时总结国内外银行卡业务发展的实践经验,认真剖析自身的差距,借鉴成熟国家业务发展的研究成果,对加快我国商业银行发展银行卡业务具有重要意义。本文着眼于整个银行卡业务的研究,首先通过具有典型代表意义的美国银行卡和韩国银行卡发展历程,为我国银行卡业务发展提供参考价值;其次利用双边市场理论、SCP框架分析法等理论分析框架,结合我国银行卡业务发展现状,从银行卡业务的推广和使用入手,列举具有代表性的十四家商业银行的银行卡业务进行市场结构、市场份额、市场绩效分析,讨论此环境下的业务拓展策略;最后本人认为当前我国银行卡的受理环境建设正成为产业进一步升化的瓶颈,需要政府、社会、市场等多方面正能量的协作,,共同推进方能取得预期的效果,以加快我国商业银行银行卡业务的发展步伐。
[Abstract]:As a comprehensive financial product integrated with many derivatives, such as consumption, settlement, credit and financial management in twenty-first Century, the bank card is the product of the combination of traditional financial services and modern network information technology. It is also the inevitable result of the process of currency development revealed by Marx. The bank card business has become the most influential economy in today's economy. As one of the business, the bank card business represented by the United States has developed rapidly and gradually matured. Since the first mid bank card issued in 80s of last century, although China has experienced more than 30 years of rapid development, it has shown a large increase in annual card volume, increasing penetration of the market, deepening of permeability, and trading volume. As the whole industrial system is concerned, it is still in the stage of transition from the introduction period to the growth period. The scale and overall competitiveness are relatively weak, and there is a big gap between the mature industry and the operating environment.
After the full opening of China's financial market, most of the domestic banks have two currency cooperation with VISA, MASTER and other credit card organizations. On the one hand, the bank card market structure is complicated, on the other hand, it affects the expansion of the bank card business. Therefore, the practical experience of the domestic and foreign bank card business development is summarized in time, and the gap is carefully analyzed. It is of great significance to accelerate the development of our country's business development, which is of great significance to the development of the bank card business of China's commercial banks. This paper focuses on the research of the whole bank card business, first of all, through the development course of the typical American bank card and Korean bank card, which provides reference value for the development of our bank card business; secondly, it will provide a reference for the development of the bank card business in China. Using bilateral market theory, SCP framework analysis and other theoretical analysis framework, combining with the development status of China's bank card business, starting with the promotion and use of bank card business, it lists the market structure, market share and market performance analysis of the representative fourteen commercial banks' bank card business, and discusses the business expansion strategy under this environment. At last, I think that the acceptance environment construction of the bank card in our country is becoming the bottleneck of the further upgrading of the industry, and it needs the cooperation of the government, society and the market in many aspects, so as to promote the expected effect, so as to speed up the development of the bank card business of our commercial banks.
