浙江省民营银行的发展研究

【摘要】:在目前我国民营经济快速发展,为我国经济发展做出巨大贡献,成为经济发展的巨大推动力的同时,许多民营企业尤其是中小企业却很难从目前国有控股体制的商业银行体系中得到信贷支持,导致许多民营企业经营出现困难;在我国经济其他领域的民营化程度不断加深的同时,金融领域的民营化却远远落后,尤其是银行领域,民营银行所占的比重微乎其微,并导致我国金融配置效率较低;在我国许多中小企业面临融资难问题的同时,国内却有充裕的居民储蓄资金,,但苦于有限的储蓄投向选择,导致民间借贷的盛行;在民营资本在本国遭受歧视,进入银行业的困难重重的同时,外资银行在我国却享有多项政策优惠,表现出良好的发展势头,导致了对我国金融安全性的忧虑。这一对对矛盾,均显示出发展并壮大我国的民营银行的迫切性。本文以我国民营银行发展最为突出的浙江省的民营银行为研究对象,并选取浙江省内经营表现最为突出、经营模式最具特色的两家民营银行——台州银行和浙江泰隆商业银行为代表进行深入分析,试图为浙江省乃至全国的民营银行的发展提供可参考的一些建议。 本文从民营银行的定义入手,对其定义进行了界定,认为民营银行是由民间资本控股,采用市场化机制经营,由股东自担风险、自负盈亏的股份制商业银行。并对发展民营银行的作用及民营银行的优势进行了分析。 重点分析了以台州银行和浙江泰隆商业银行为代表的浙江省民营银行的经营状况和经营特点,而这些经营特点也是这些民营银行取得良好经营业绩的关键,这些宝贵经验可供其他地区的民营银行以及即将设立的新的民营银行提供参考。本文还剖析了这两家民营银行在发展中所存在的一些问题,而这些问题在民营银行中具有一定的普遍性,如资产规模较小、贷款过度集中、业务范围狭窄、人才匮乏和民营银行发展的外部环境不健全。 最后,针对所分析考察出的浙江省民营银行的发展问题,提出了相对应的对策和建议,包括:扩大资本补充方式、完善风险控制机制、大力发展中间业务、谨慎对待快速扩张、加强人才队伍建设和完善民营银行发展的外部环境。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of private economy in our country has made great contributions to the economic development of our country and become a huge driving force for economic development. However, many private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, find it difficult to get credit support from the commercial bank system of state-owned holding system, which leads to the difficulties in the management of many private enterprises. While the degree of privatization in other fields of economy in our country is deepening, the privatization of financial field is far behind, especially in the field of banking, the proportion of private banks is very small, which leads to the low efficiency of financial allocation in our country. At the same time, many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are faced with the problem of financing, but there are abundant residents' savings funds in our country, but they suffer from limited savings investment, which leads to the prevalence of private borrowing, and at the same time, private capital is discriminated against in our country. At the same time, the foreign banks enjoy many preferential policies in our country, showing good development momentum, which leads to the worry about the financial security of our country. This pair of contradictions shows the urgency of developing and strengthening the private banks in our country. This paper takes the private banks in Zhejiang Province, which is the most outstanding development of private banks in China, as the research object, and chooses Zhejiang Province as the most outstanding operating performance. Two private banks, Taizhou Bank and Zhejiang Tai long Commercial Bank, which are the most characteristic private banks in the business model, are analyzed in depth in order to provide some suggestions for the development of private banks in Zhejiang Province and even in the whole country. This paper starts with the definition of the private bank, and points out that the private bank is a joint-stock commercial bank controlled by private capital, operated by market-oriented mechanism, at the risk of the shareholders and responsible for their own profits and losses. And the role of developing private banks and the advantages of private banks were analyzed. This paper mainly analyzes the management status and management characteristics of Zhejiang private banks, which are represented by Taizhou Bank and Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank, which are also the key factors for these private banks to achieve good business performance. These valuable experiences can be used as reference for private banks in other regions as well as new private banks to be set up. This paper also analyzes some problems existing in the development of these two private banks, and these problems have certain universality in the private banks, such as the small scale of assets, the excessive concentration of loans, the narrow scope of business. Lack of talents and the external environment of the development of private banks is not perfect. Finally, in view of the development problems of private banks in Zhejiang Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, including expanding capital supplement, perfecting risk control mechanism, developing intermediary business vigorously, and treating the rapid expansion with caution. Strengthen the construction of talent team and improve the external environment for the development of private banks.
